"Celebrated a birthday prior to the opening performance for the 2023-2024 Huntsville Symphony Orchestra on Fri, 22 Sep; had previously reserved table for 2 at 5pm, and arrived on time; table was immediately available and service was prompt and responsive. The entrees were rainbow trout and the 8oz filet, both served within expected time, hot and fresh. The meal and our overall experience was positive; the attention to detail and focus on providing us a quality dining event met all expectations; nice to have a meal with experienced wait staff and appropriate attention to the dining experience. I appreciated not having to try to talk over any loud music. Certainly a very fine dining experience, we will be returning before other HSO concerts. The only thing I can think of would maybe be adding a dinner roll to the entree; or a small loaf of bread to the table. Outstanding experience overall; I rate it 5 stars for the overall ambiance of the restaurant and ability to have a fine meal."

Food was good, but just warm when it got to table. Service was just ok for price of food.

Steak filet was gristled and too much fat on the edges for a filet. Medium cooked steak sat on red mashed potatoes due to **** steak, taste was fine but displayed poorly. Wait staff was awesome though. View menu

We did not get anything to eat. Our reservation was for 6:00. There apparently was a problem in the kitchen. We had to be somewhere else by 7:30. We had to leave around 7:00 because the food wasn’t going to be ready anytime soon. The waiter was helpful but he couldn’t do anything about the kitchen problem.

Rhythm consistently delivers a great experience. We visited with a large group before a concert, and the service was outstanding. I ordered the blackened salmon, which was cooked to perfection. My only complaint is that I had hoped to try the brisket sliders, but they have been removed from the menu. I would love to see them return!

My wife and I were going to eat here before a concert. The show started at 7:30 so we made the reservation for 6:00.By 7 we had not received our appetizer and was told they didn’t know when our food would arrive. Lots of other patrons were not getting their food either. So we and about 20 other guests all left to make the concert without eating. We will not return. View menu

We were seated at 6:02 and placed our order by 6:05, but by 7:15, we still hadn't received our meal. We had to leave for a show at the VBC, and it was really disappointing not to have any food. There was also no offer of compensation or even a water refill. It was a frustrating experience, especially since we noticed many other tables were also left unattended. The manager seemed to be missing, as they were likely in the kitchen. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

I can't comment on the quality of the food because we never received any. This was one of our worst experiences at the restaurant, and I won’t be giving it another chance. Avoid this place if you have an event to attend and don’t have at least 2 to 2.5 hours to spare. We ended up having to ask for our bill without having received any food, not even our appetizers or salad. Since we never got those, I can only imagine how long the main courses would have taken. It was truly embarrassing! What’s worse is that the staff didn’t seem affected by the situation at all. I would absolutely not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
