"At first we had a dame that served us our water and picks up our drinks orders and said: “Your server will be right with them” another guy comes by dropping my drink, hasn’t said anything. 30 minutes later, the manager comes by to check on us and asks if our server had come to the table we told her no. the type that has left off our drinks was our server, but did not introduce, did not ask if we would celebrate tonight, did not ask if we were willing to order. the manager went back and spoke to him and sent the dame that filled our water to take over our commands, and she was mad at us that we told the manager that we haven't seen our server yet. our server finally comes when we are completely finished and goes “you need something” yes how about service? I told him that we are all good that he does not even dessert or recommend anything and ask if we need any boxes. the food was a good service. switched off because I was 3 times in chicago and unfortunately did not return to the oak Brook site."
