"This is my favorite Mexican restaurant! The servers are fantastic—they always keep a smile on their faces. The food is delicious, with generous portions offered at very reasonable prices. We've been here more times than I can count, and we've never had a bad experience. My partner can be quite particular, so it’s a huge plus that if he says the food is great, you can trust it. The homemade salsa and chips that come to your table are excellently prepared, and the salsa has a mild flavor. They also serve alcoholic drinks along with a selection of bottled beverages, including Pepsi products. "Well, where to begin. We went last night for mine and my sisters' birthdays. The service was horrible we sat with empty drinks for a while every time. We were eating chips and salsa waiting on our food and there were 2 small white curly hairs in 2 separate bowls of salsa. The waiter proceeds to tell us they are cilantro stems and its fine. So, we were done with the salsa but still kind of looking forward to our food. I got my San Loius Fundido with extra cheese. My plate did not have extra cheese it looked just like my nephews who got the same thing without extra cheese. The waiter did bring it on the said but after about 5 bites I then pulled a very long black hair out of my plate. Needless to say I was most definitely done eating after that! They got my nieces plate wrong. She ordered a burrito that came with smothered cheese and there wasn't a drop of cheese on her plate when she asked they said oh no that doesn't come with cheese. The menu clearly states that it does. Then we get to dessert they come over with the sombreros and start singing Happy Birthday, which was very nice until the waiter took it upon himself to put whip cream on my nose, cheek and forehead. Who does that. You don't just put food on people's faces especially a stranger. Very weird to me. They did take my meal off the bill but I did not get to eat. I most definitely didn't want anything else from there. This was a horrible experience, and we will NEVER go back. You can go judge for yourself though!!! If you are brave enough."

"My friend and I enjoyed a very delicious meal today at this restaurant! I was visiting from Chicago and she recommended Fiesta En Cancun because of her prior visits there. She ordered a chicken fajita and I ordered a shrimp fajita. We really enjoyed our food immensely! I have never in LIFE received a food order so quickly after placing the order. The atmosphere was really pleasant with a nice decor, but also I was very impressed with our kind and friendly Waiter! I would highly recommend this restaurant to my family and friends! "So we decided to go here over Don Jaun's because the last time we went to Don's I got Carne Asada Tacos and it really wasn't that good. So we decided to try this place because they had decent reviews. We got in and first off they put us right by the front door right where all the customers and waiters and waitresses are walking through. So the girl comes to take our drink orders she was really sweet and we also ordered a queso dip. While waiting for our app they bring chips and Salsa and the chips looked like they dumped the bottom of the bag into our basket. Then our app came out the queso was so runny we couldn't even scoop it up with any chips let alone the crumbles pieces we had it served better as beverage. So then another girl comes to take our order and she has her purse in her hand we were like where's our server? And I ordered the Rancheros and supposed to come with rice and beans and I got none of that just the 3 tortillas wrapped with meat that was it! We ordered my daughter 2 soft tacos and she only got 1. And her mother ordered Chimichanga with white sauce no red sauce and she got red sauce and said the food wasn't that good either she only ate 1 and no rice or anything else. Fortunately, my food was really good I just didn't get what I paid for no rice or beans so I wasn't happen at all! Then when it came time to pay there was nobody upfront to take mine and another customers payment. They stood there waiting about 10mins to pay and I waited about 8mins to pay. Overall it wasn't a great experience since we had like 3-4 waitresses we didn't get the food we ordered and just overall it's not enough to bring us back. I really don't think that management cares either because I looked at the reviews and not 1 reply from the owners or a manger from all their reviews and that shows they don't care. So save your time and your money and go somewhere else for a better experience. I don't recommend this place at all unless you want below subpar service and subpar food your better off going to Don Jauns less than 1\2 mile down the road. And we ended up spending about $43.00 and we left a 20% tip as well even though they didn't deserve it."

"I saw great cries and heard good things for a while before we finally managed to try them. I think the whole personal said hi or confirmed us sometime during our visit. the portions are large, eating is hot and tasty, the staff is great, and its a fun place to check. we will certainly try new things again. we enjoyed two portions of chips with salsa and queso blanco, a cheeseburger, swirling rings, a taco salad with very tasteful beans and fluffy rice, a children's breakfast dish with speck, extra speck instead of an ice, and two (not so) mini pancakes. can not wait to go back and try it more!"

"Delicious food served in generous portions and great mixed drinks. The chips are good and served with 3 salsas: regular red (my favorite , spicy red and a green pineapple salsa. "The more convenient take-out options involved delivery. So I called the restaurant to place my pick up order. Everything was ready in less than 15 minutes. This is from the lunch menu and as you can see it was a lot of food. I didn’t include the bag of chips in the photo by mistake, but it came with chips. The only problem was that they weren’t hot. But that’s a small issue because I couldn’t finish everything anyway. The quesadillas are chicken and delicious. The salsa verde was so good. As everyone can see from the photos it also came with rice and beans. Oh and a sugar cookie! So much delicious food. I will be back."

"Ordered what I thought would be a quick lunch for curbside pickup. Made the order, and it said 11-13 minutes for curbside. I texted the number to indicate my space, waited for more than 30 minutes in a dead parking lot. Why curbside? Simple, I have a bad hip and it 's a very nice convenience to have curbside. But after the 30 minutes of waiting, I decided to go in and get it myself. Found my order, sitting at the go to stand, with a receipt that says CURBSIDE! I 've been to the Abuelos location in Texas and love to eat there. While the food is a step up in elegance to traditional Tex-mex, the service is terrible. I asked the host if this was my curbside order. She said yes and walked away, didn 't even ask for my name. I walked out unhappy, and to no surprise, my food was stone cold.. such a disappointment.."

"the owner manager who helped with the reservations and our server were both wonderful…the reason for the 3 is a complaint about an extremely rude, arrogant bartender who when i questioned the freshness of our wine flat out lied telling us it was the same bottle he had been pouring all night… every glass prior was fine.. he wouldn’t open a new bottle saying it wouldn’t taste any different. finally i said “ the wine is paid for open a new bottle right here in front of me and i will drink it either way”! he did while smirking at his friend who was sitting at the bar being a complete jerk. well my new glass of wine was perfect…… everything else was awesome."

"Our first time to eat at this restaurant. It’s a decent place if you’re in the mood for Mexican food. "This is my favorite restaurant in Raleigh. While I usually prefer higher-end places like Cowfish in North Hills or Midtown, the staff and service at this restaurant have consistently impressed me.
