"We went for a late lunch with appetizers and drinks. We also were ordering some takeout to take home for later. The waitress was friendly. It took a bit of time (not that we were in a hurry) to receive our drinks and appetizer. The waitress commented on the bar tender taking forever. The clams casino was delicious just not real hot in the center. We both ordered broiled stuffed shrimps. These were also very tasty but again not very hot in temperature. You could tell that the sides were sitting on the plate a bit before the entree was placed there. My husband asked for ketchup and additional drinks but by the time the waitress brought these items he was already done his French fries. The atmosphere was very nice with the fire places burning. It just seemed as though for the amount of people that was in the dining room the service could have been better and the food hotter."

"Went here for the first time today and had lunch with my son. The only good thing was the friendly staff. The place had a weird smell, and definitely needs to be remodeled. Me and my son were the only two customers which should've let us know to eat somewhere else. We both ordered sesame chicken with fried rice. My son asked for plain fried rice and I asked for it without onions, but our rice still came with everything in it. Also the rice tasted like someone dumped cigarette ashes in it. I had a glass of water and the water tasted horrible. The egg roll was decent and the sesame chicken was okay. We didn't eat all of our food and both had a stomach ache afterwards. I definitely wouldn't eat here again."

"I had to wait 25 minutes to be seated (even though no one else arrived and they don't like starting hibachi until the table is somewhat full) and the food was extremely overpriced. The restroom had broken faucets, outdated decor, smaller portion sizes compared to other restaurants, and they were charging prices akin to fancy high-end establishments. On top of that, they added an extra 3% charge for using a credit card. I was not impressed. The bill for myself and one kids meal came to over $80 (not including tip and credit card fee)."

"Good portion sizes. Nice selection of fresh fish.Visited for the first time on a Thursday evening around 6:40 pm. We were greeted and sat immediately. Our server Maria V was great!The fish tasted fresh but overall the food was bland (lacked seasoning). I appreciated the complimentary hot dinner rolls. The house salad was bland. They served some of thickest cut calamari I’ve ever had. It lacked seasoning/flavor and tasted a bit rubbery to me. It may be the worst I’ve ever had.I ordered the blackened salmon (5oz) with au gratin potatoes. The salmon was prepared the way I requested it. The potatoes had an interesting flavor. Not bad just different. I paid $16.18 for this meal.My cousin ordered Bronzini prepared Greek style pan broiled with olive oil, lemon and oregano. He also had a berry iced tea. They charge for refills on tea. It took an hour to get our entrees. The server did explain the whole fish took longer to prepare.The atmosphere was quiet with low lighting. Very relaxing. Many of the patrons are elderly Caucasian people."

"Shogun has been a family favorite in my family for over 10 years if it was 8 to 10 years ago I would have given them for five stars. We have frequented this location for birthdays and they would have the staff come out and sing Happy Birthday and then provide a free dessert .....in the PAST. This time they offered me orange wedges and a cherry as my birthday dessert they didn't sing or celebrate AND they forgot to bring the dessert (not only mine but dessert being ordered from the menu from others) and brought out the check... When they came back they just brought one piece of mochi and disregarded the orders from other guests in my party ?????"

"Kabul Afghan Restaurant is a neighborhood gem, the best Afghani food around. This family owned restaurant is truly a rare find. We ordered Mashawa soup which consists of a medley of beans, barley and herbs. It was nourishing and hearty; it's almost a meal in itself. Then we ordered Qualibi Palaw, which had chunks of tender lamb with aromatic rice topped with shredded carrots and raisins, it was incredible! We asked our waiter to pick our dessert, and he served us a bowl of Firnee, which is a creamy almond and cardamom pudding with crushed pistachios. Out of this world! I will be a regular at this restaurant the food is truly amazing, and the service was impeccable."

"It seems that many long-time fans of this restaurant might have different experiences, but my visit didn’t live up to expectations. I had high hopes for the orange chicken based on the reviews and requested extra sauce, but unfortunately, there was none, and the dish didn’t live up to the hype. The Singapore rice reminded me of cheap chicken ramen and was overly seasoned with turmeric. Additionally, the portion sizes for my chicken dishes were quite small. Instead of being impressed, I felt frustrated about spending so much money and being so disappointed. The ambiance was pleasant, but that was the only highlight of my visit."

"So this was a lucky find for us... just a couple of minutes from our Airbnb. There was a short line... at 9pm... which soon turned in to a huge line. The wait... worth every minute. We ordered the large meat pizza, not knowing anything about this place... and I was totally blown away! I literally have never seen that much meat on a pizza before... seriously... when I picked up the to-go-box, it was heavy! And was it ever amazing! This is right up there with Sam &Ella’s Chicken Factory (pizza) in Tahlequah, Oklahoma... but... Broadway also has catfish... as well as tons of other selections, including some amazing looking cakes! Which I will try on my next visit. Can’t wait."

"As a meat lover, I truly enjoy a great steak and can definitely recognize when it's prepared well, just as this restaurant promises. They exceeded my expectations! The portions were massive, with a gigantic baked potato, a fresh salad, warm bread, and an ice-cold beer to top it off. They really got it right! The prices were also reasonable. "This charming little mom-and-pop restaurant has a lot of local character. The owners clearly take great pride in their food, and it shows! In my opinion, this is the best Mexican cuisine in the entire Charlotte area. Their flautas, enchiladas, and tacos are absolutely amazing. I highly recommend trying the shredded beef. The homemade tamales are a delightful surprise! We haven’t yet tried the shrimp tacos or fajitas that other reviewers have recommended, but they’re on our list. The prices are great too, and you can order everything à la carte. I highly recommend this place!"

"I ordered online, and my food was ready when I got there. The service was calm and friendly. The restaurant was clean but quite small—definitely more of a takeout place. The gumbo was a solid 5/5; it was packed with protein and incredibly tasty. I suggest paying the extra charge to have your rice served on the side. The chicken, on the other hand, was just a 2/5. It was decent but lacked the flavor of the gumbo and had a slight fishiness to it. I did enjoy the hush puppies, too. Overall, the gumbo was definitely the highlight of my meal."

"Phenominal food. The kadu dish with the pumpkin is incredible, I think there's also a meal version of it but I haven't tried yet. Their chicken is always on point too never dry alway well seasoned and the pita always tastes so fresh. The lamb is also very good. We order from here weekly and we're always very happy with everything."

"Had to stay in Douglas tonight for work and was craving Chinese food. I'd heard that the four seasons was pretty good, so I made my way down there. And as I looked around everything seemed clean and orderly. We were greeted quickly and offered drinks. We ordered hot tea and water to start. I ordered the four seasons chicken with a garlic sauce that was wonderfully flavorful. The chicken and the vegetables were cooked to perfection! Would highly recommend this to anybody who has time to visit them in Douglas, Wyoming. Parking: It's an open dirt lot, but it's easy to get into."

"My husband went inside to pick up a takeout buffet for himself and my mother-in-law. I had to order my food through the drive-thru because the dish I wanted was no longer available on the buffet due to the high cost of chicken and spices. Once we got home, my meal tasted like cardboard, and I could only eat one piece of chicken. My husband returned to the restaurant to request a refund, but the staff member became defensive and insisted that all sales are final. He got so angry when my husband shared his honest feedback about the food that he threatened him, and he also threatened me when I called to ask about the refund policy. Paying $17.50 for a jalapeño chicken dinner, one order of cream cheese Rangoon, and a small side of rice is simply outrageous! I want to warn everyone that this establishment has no business ethics and doesn't know how to handle criticism. This was the worst experience my husband and I have ever had at a restaurant. We ended up throwing away all the food and opting for McDonald's instead!"

"I visited Villa Roma for the first time last week and it was AWESOME! I can't wait to try everything on the menu. This will definitely be my new go-to spot for delicious comfort food.
