"The food was okay, but the lunch menu was a good thing. For the price the portions really good and to expect the taste. I got sommeliers soup, roasted rice and General Tsos chicken for under $10. While I had eaten there, many people came to take orders so that they clearly found their market affordable shares especially for the area. Very recommended for a quick bite!"

"My daughter started dance in this shopping center, so we figured we would give this place a try. So glad we did! We were pretty turned off to all other Chinese food in the area, so our expectations were low. This place turned out to be AMAZING! Delicious, tender white meat chicken with broccoli, excellent boneless ribs, fried rice and steamed dumplings. We loved everything! Will definitely be returning as this is our new go-to for Chinese food. Thanks for the great experience!"

"I was skeptical right away when I opened the Pad Thai and found a lemon instead of a lime. It was clear to me that the authenticity of the dishes was lacking, and the overwhelming sweetness was off-putting. Then I tried the Crab Rangoon, and to my surprise, I could barely taste any crab; the cream cheese filling was overly sweet, almost like it was made for dessert rather than an appetizer. A reminder to the chef: Crab Rangoon should not contain sugar in the filling! The dipping sauce that accompanied the Rangoon was an excessively sweet, corn syrup-based concoction. It would be refreshing to see a more authentic dipping sauce that reflects modern Asian cuisine rather than something so overwhelmingly sweet. At this point, I'm struggling to find the right words to describe the disappointing meal I just had. If I wanted dessert, I would head to a pastry shop. I expect more from an Asian restaurant; please consider reducing the sugar and exploring other savory ingredients to enhance your dishes. Lastly, I ordered the Chicken Rice Soup, and I have to express my disappointment yet again. This was not soup as I know it. It was essentially a cup of rice swimming in half a cup of broth. Perhaps it would be more appropriate to rename it “Soggy Rice Gruel.” Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant based on my experience."

"Decided to try this place out since we always get fliers for it in our mail box. They are slightly more expensive then our normal place that is just a little further north on Peoria. The food was good. I had the hunan chicken. Their wantons were also good. They were different then I'm used to because it tasted like they had onion in them. "This place is the best quality for at least a 5 mile radius. They understand how to prepare food, use good quality meat and vegetables, and handle the lunch rush reasonably well. "The food at Great Wall is absolutely amazing. While there are several Chinese restaurants in the area, I wouldn't waste my money at them or settle for anything less than the fantastic flavors that Great Wall provides. In fact, just today (February 15, 2022), I had a craving for their spare rib tips meal with fries and extra barbecue sauce, but unfortunately, they are closed on Tuesdays. I was really hungry and even passed by two other places that serve rib tips but decided to head home instead. I don’t mind waiting until Great Wall is open because their food is worth it."

"The restaurant uses high-quality rice, which elevates their fried rice. The Sesame Chicken is absolutely delicious. They offer a variety of Thai dishes along with Mongolian beef. The seasoning is spot on. However, the lo mein could benefit from a bit more soy sauce. My parents especially enjoy the shrimp with mushrooms. The sweet and sour shrimp are well-prepared. I love that they use both wheat and rice flour together—it's a nice touch. I just wish they had Sesame Yam balls with ginger rind. Overall, I would give it 4.5 stars for Chinese takeout."

"I visited primarily for the Chinese menu, but they also offer a variety of Asian dishes. It's one of the better Chinese restaurants I've been to. The flavors were excellent and consistently good. While it is slightly on the pricey side, it's not too unreasonable. The portion sizes were generous. I found the ma po tofu to be sweeter than I'm accustomed to, so I probably wouldn't order that again. However, we also tried the dumplings, beef lo mein, and orange chicken, all of which I would definitely recommend."

"I have never been so insulted in my life!!I ordered delivery from this restaurant and spent almost $100. When the food was delivered, I noticed we were missing a meal, so I immediately called the restaurant just to be told that I was lying…. Like, she literally said that I was lying. After going back-and-forth with her for what felt like forever, she offered me a refund, but I didn’t need a refund. I needed the meal because one of my kids couldn’t eat because we were missing his food. She told me that she could not deliver the food because they were getting ready to close early. I told her that I needed the food because one of my kids is missing dinner, and if I was lying about not receiving the meal and was trying to steal or get over on them, then I would have been happy with a refund of money, but that was not the case I needed the food, NOT the money. I asked to speak to the manager or the owner, and she stated she was the owner.Getting into the food review, it was mediocre at best, and I have definitely had better. I am not just saying this because of the way I was treated. The food really wasn’t that good at all. I will NEVER order from this restaurant again."

"I want to vomit!!!!!!! I just ordered sesame chicken and white rice. I was too hungry to wait to get to my destination so I pulled over I. The parking lot to eat. "I have been ordering takeout from China Wok for over five years, often several times a week. I'm thrilled that they made it through the Covid downturn. The family running the restaurant is incredibly nice and accommodating. The food is quite good, although some dishes are better than others, which I've learned through my numerous orders. If I request a dish to be less spicy or with a little less broccoli, or even if I want pork instead of chicken in the chicken noodle soup, they never have a problem accommodating my requests, and they always get it right. The soups, especially the House soup, are both delicious and healthy. The fried dumplings are fantastic. I've noticed that in the past few months, the food has only improved. If you're seeking high-end Chinese cuisine like you might find in downtown Nashville, this isn’t the place for you, which is why I didn’t give them five stars. However, if you want consistently good, reasonably priced Chinese food with generous portions, I highly recommend giving them a try."

"If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. I ordered online and received a confirmation email, so I thought everything was fine. After waiting for 45 minutes, I called to check on my order. I was put on hold while they contacted the driver. They finally told me my order was out for delivery and would arrive in about 5 minutes. After waiting another 15 minutes, I called back. The first representative told me that my order had been canceled because I had supposedly called to cancel it earlier. This made me very upset, as I had never requested a cancellation. Then the manager came on the line and gave a flimsy excuse, claiming that my order had never been sent from the online platform to their restaurant in the first place. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I strongly advise avoiding this place at all costs!"
