"When I placed my order over the phone, the gentleman I spoke with was quite rude. When I arrived, I found the place almost empty, with only two patrons in the corner. I ordered egg foo yong, shrimp fried rice, and garlic pepper wings, which came to a total of $36. Upon getting home, I discovered that the gravy for the egg foo yong was simply thrown into a box without a lid, resulting in hot gravy spilling all over my car and contaminating the other food items. The shrimp egg foo yong was drenched in so much soy sauce that it resembled beef egg foo yong instead. As for the garlic pepper wings, there was so much garlic on them that it felt overwhelming. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The man’s attitude was terrible, and when I called to express my concerns, he informed me that they’ve never used containers. I won’t be returning."

"This restaurant has old charm with new management in place. Fans of the restaurant need not worry as the chef and wait staff have been kept on, ensuring that your favorite dishes are still available. Upon our arrival as a party of three, we were greeted by the new owners, Iris and Alex, who were warm and welcoming. They guided us through the menu and provided suggestions. We enjoyed crispy crab puffs, potstickers, two different soups, sautéed green beans with chicken and black bean sauce, homestyle tofu, broccoli with oyster sauce, and deep-fried salmon and cod fish. The meal was plentiful and delicious, with leftovers to take home. The dishes were fresh and flavorful. This restaurant is a must-visit if you are in the area, with convenient street and back lot parking, a full bar, a gaming room, and a banquet room for events. The service and food receive top marks. On a recent return visit, the restaurant maintained its great ambiance, good food, and friendly greetings."

"I would give a full 5 stars because the food is always fresh, but today I ordered sweet and sour pork for my son to try and the batter was still raw...the meat was cooked though. I also take issue with the eggrolls being too greasy, but they are tasty. Other than those two things, the food is always delivered fresh and the ingredients appear to be of better quality than other places I have ordered from."

"Somebody that works at this restaurant is stealing debit/credit card information for personal use. Either that or they have poor payment card information security and the PCI data they are getting from their customers is being stolen by hackers. My girlfriend has been buying food from here at least once or twice weekly for the last 2 months. In the last 2 months, she has had her debit card information stolen and thousands of dollars spent in her name TWICE now. Jerry Chans is the only local, hole in the wall place she has used this card at in both occasions.I'd be interested to know if this restaurant is PCI DSS v3.2.1 compliant so it could be determined if an employee is stealing cards or if they're being hacked.Either way DO NOT pay with your credit or debit card at this restaurant if you don't want to deal with these issues."

"We had four hours to kill before departing Anchorage on a wee hours flight, so we googled local karaoke venues. Asia Garden happened to have the best recommendations for Sunday night karaoke, so we decided to check it out. The restaurant is huge, but we weren't there to dine, so we situated ourselves in the pub. The bartender was hilarious, but also very helpful. We couldn't decided on an appetizer, and after going down the starters menu, we finally settled on teriyaki chicken based on her recommendation. It was amazing ! You can order food late here most nights till 11 pm. If it's a slow night, they might close the kitchen earlier. As is typical of pubs, there's a full liquor stock but only two kinds of wine a red and a white. I had the chardonnay but was unimpressed. So the bartender crafted a concoction she thought I'd like her own creation, which turned out to be fantastic. We liked the friendly ambiance of the pub. The owner came out and greeted us after awhile ... quite an amazing lady. She built the business from scratch, starting almost 40 years ago. Karaoke with Kelly turned out to be a lot of fun, a mixed age group and song selections. A section of the bar area is designated for karaoke patrons, and there's a good sized dance floor. We had a great time, and four hours flew past. If we lived in Anchorage, we'd visit Asia Garden regularly for drinks, appetizers and karaoke."

"Good find of a terrific local Chinese restaurant. Lack of up to date ambiance is balanced off by good and tasty dishes at a reasonable price. The sizes off the family style servings are more than ample, and we've been pleased with the freshness of the food. The many dishes on the menu to choose from are supplemented by items posted on Chinese on the walls so you know that native speakers can order authentic food. We usually ask for the special menu which offers three items for one price of around $20 that includes soup too. Although your bill will come with fortune cookies, a typical dessert of daily sweet hot soup is available at no extra charge, but you need to ask for it. Ly Luck is our go to restaurant for Chinese food."
