"The bacon cheeseburger was excellent and I highly recommend it if you're looking for a delicious, high-quality burger and fries. Additionally, the zeppole—Italian donuts filled with cream—were absolutely amazing. I had never tried them before, and I would definitely go out of my way just to have them again. The local delivery to my hotel was efficient, and I'm grateful to the hotel front desk for the recommendation. Next time I'm in the area, I will definitely try the pizza and other sandwiches!"

"Food was great employees were great other guest can't park to save there lives and take up 4 spots leaving no where for other patrons to park there vehicles but that has nothing to do with the amazing food and service. Parking: Guests have zero clue how to park and take up 4 spots for a single car. There was a number of spots taken up like this when we were there. Service: Dine in"

"Was in town for an overnight layover, and my hotel provided a menu for this restaurant. Ordered two wraps and 6 wings for delivery. Advised it would be 30 to 45 minutes. An hour later we called and were told they should have told us 90 minutes. K. Noproblem. 120 minutes later, still no food. If the food ever arrives, I'll update this review to include my impression of thecold wings and stale wraps made hours ago. Update: cold, hard chicken wings. Soggy wraps. Forensic analysis determined food wascooked no later than 90 minutes before we received it. Maybe we were supposed to specify fresh food? We let the front desk knowabout the two hour wait and awful food and they said they'll no longer recommend them. Primo, I read many of your replies. Doingbetter next time doesn't help if customers never order again. Look to your staff."

"I’ve been going to South Windsor pizza for a while now. The salads are pretty good and my favorite pizza is the Diginorio pizza. Beach chicken pizza is pretty good. The wraps are ok they give a lot of fries. Some of the people that work there are very nice. I’ve had both good and bad experiences from this place. The price isn’t too bad. Just be polite and you’ll be alright. They sometimes mess up the order, but hey, we are human. Only get the tuna stuff if you really like tuna they put a lot of it. Their fries are pretty good. Grinders are good no complaints there. I’ll continue to go I’ve been going consistently for years. Peace"

"We have two children, one with special needs. As we waited for our meal, our son got excited when the food finally arrived. We were seated in a booth, and shortly after, two elderly couples sat behind us. Within five minutes, one of the men turned to my husband and reprimanded us for our son's movements, saying it was bothering him. I explained our son's condition and apologized, but he dismissively responded, "I know, I’m just saying," before turning away. At that point, I asked my husband to take our son to the car. We asked the server to pack our food, paid, and left, feeling quite upset on the 30-minute drive home. If you have a child with special needs, this might not be the best place to dine, as some guests may lack understanding. Sadly, my appetite was lost, and I don’t eat leftover pasta. This isn’t a criticism of Argento’s itself, but I wanted to share this experience for others with special needs family members who might feel uncomfortable in an environment that isn’t accommodating."

"Went for Downtown Dining Week. This restaurant was on the $35 list, however service was significantly below that level. There was a long wait between courses, but plates were not cleared off the table until the next course arrived. Our server appeared very disinterested in our table. It also took a long time for drink orders to be delivered. New silverware was not provided and I was explicitly asked to remove my fork from the plate so the server could clear the plate. The food was decent to good, but nothing special. None of these issues would be that bad had they not all occurred or had the restaurant been on the $25 list instead."

"This was my second visit to Crust, and it was just as wonderful as the first time. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, and the staff are very attentive. We came for dinner with some friends, ordering a variety of appetizers, drinks, main courses, and desserts. The limoncello dessert is absolutely fantastic—I highly recommend trying it if you visit, you won’t be disappointed! The portions are quite generous, and I even took some of my meal home. It can get a bit noisy inside, which makes conversation a little challenging with a large group, so if the weather permits, I suggest sitting outside where it’s cozier and more relaxed. Ultimately, it depends on your preference. Overall, I really enjoy coming here. Parking can be tough to find nearby, so I recommend either valet parking for $15 or using a ride-share service like Uber or Lyft instead of trying street parking. The owner is incredibly attentive and kind, making the experience all the better. I’m looking forward to coming back!"

"We have been eating here for years and have taken advantage of inside and outside seating as well as takeout. Phone calls to order take out are answered promptly and orders filled accurately. This is a very busy restaurant around for many years, so waiting for seating is to be expected. Personnel are courteous and anxious to meet the needs of the customers. Once in and seated, you can expect personal service."

"I ordered online and went in for a cheese slice. The store was packed, but the three workers were handling it brilliantly—taking orders quickly and serving them even faster. They were all very polite. The next day, I went back for a pepperoni and a cheese slice, but unfortunately, the website didn’t have the option for the pepperoni slice, so I accidentally ordered the wrong one. Frank was incredibly nice and corrected my mistake, giving me the right slice. I love this pizza place, not only because of the wonderful staff, but also because the food is amazing!"

"Tried it for the first time tonight. Really disappointed! How do you mess up pasta Primavera that bad? It came so cold that I’m almost 100% sure your chef (I hope he/she doesn’t call themselves a chef) threw cold pasta primavera sauce on warm pasta hence why even the pasta texture is horrible. Like I can’t even cook but this is someone really not caring. Garlic knots should’ve been left in the oven for a few more minutes so those are undercooked as well. Also your cannoli is nothing special to be charging $6.99 for 1. And it’s not even like it’s a jumbo one it’s a less than normal sized one. Most places give 2 for that price and big ones. Two thumbs down hardddd. Also you ruined my dinner and you have really bad reviews on Google. Please stop ruining peoples meals serve the community by stepping away."

"Cassie is an excellent choice for dining with family, friends, or as a couple. I've been visiting this restaurant for several years and have consistently had wonderful experiences. The seating options include both stands and tables, making it suitable for large groups. The food is always delicious, and I particularly recommend the penne vodka with prosciutto—it’s packed with flavor and incredibly satisfying. Another favorite of mine is the chicken parmesan served with red and vodka sauce. Their pizza is also quite impressive; my friend especially loves the buffalo chicken pizza. I’ve tried taking photos of the meals, but everyone dives in before I can snap a picture—such is the tempting nature of the dishes! I highly recommend Cassie to anyone seeking a delightful meal. They serve generous family-style portions at reasonable prices (check out the photos), but they also offer regular-sized plates that are still quite substantial. It’s a fantastic place for a post-work meal or a special celebration."

"The experience was just mediocre overall. The layout of the bar and restaurant is too segmented, and there could be a better design to create a more open atmosphere. They do have karaoke nights with acoustic performances. The staff was inconsistent—sometimes friendly and attentive, but other times not. On the plus side, there is parking available. One thing to watch out for is that they automatically add gratuity even for a single-person tab, which was not mentioned by the bartender upfront. As a result, we ended up over-tipping, and I can't believe how much we spent for just two people drinking beers over three hours. I probably won't be coming back."

"My family used Rincon Italiano's catering service for an important event this evening and I have to say, the food was absolutely amazing. We ordered the chicken cacciatore and the chicken scampi. It exceeded our expectation and was a big hit with our family and friends. I will absolutely be going to the restaurant in the future as everything looks and sounds delicious from their menu. "When I arrived to collect my order, it was quite crowded. I managed to get someone’s attention and informed him that I had an Uber Eats order. He asked to see the app, which confused me because usually, they just ask for my name. I showed him my receipt in the app, but he continued to demand to see the app aggressively while attending to other customers, causing me to lose my place in line. I was in a difficult situation, managing a baby in a stroller and just trying to pick up my order and leave. I opened the Uber app again and showed it to him, hoping he would guide me through the process, but he didn't. Aside from the receipt and my government ID, I wasn't sure what else he needed. Instead of helping, he grew increasingly impatient and shooed me away, telling me to just take the food. It was frustrating to feel treated differently compared to others, especially when I noticed another customer who was Hispanic received her order without any issue. I confronted him about the unfair treatment, but he insisted he needed to see the app to put the order into the system, insisting on an unnecessary requirement. The order already showed as completed; all I could provide was my ID and receipt. I felt I deserved the same respectful service as everyone else. It was even more frustrating that another online order behind me was handled quickly without any fuss. I plan to contact Uber Eats to clarify what is actually required for a pickup besides the usual name, ID, and receipt. To make matters worse, it seems that some employees tend to drink on the job after 1 PM, which impacts their ability to take orders correctly. I've had trouble understanding them over the phone because their speech is so slurred. It's hard to believe this employee could not comprehend my simple request for my online order after I stated my name. It felt as if he was looking for information like a Social Security number, which is absolutely ridiculous. Overall, this experience was terrible."
