"I absolutely love this place! Every time I place an order, it arrives at my doorstep within 20 minutes, and the food is always beautifully prepared and still hot. I can’t stand when I order from other places and have to wait over an hour only to receive cold food. Here, the prices are very reasonable, and their customer service and delivery time are exceptional. The delivery person always remembers me after just one order and greets me with a smile, asking how I've been. I've tried many other Chinese restaurants around Garfield, but now this is the only one I keep coming back to. I'm eager to keep trying their delicious dishes!"

"This was our favorite place to order before we moved an hour away. Once every other month we make the drive down to get China First because there is no place by us that compares to their quality. The owners are also so sweet and pleasant that they keep us coming back even after we moved."

"I went for a late dinner after 8:00 PM on Saturday. The buffet selection was limited, and it seemed they weren't replenishing the dishes, which made it even sparser. I tried the black pepper chicken, General Tso's chicken, chicken with broccoli, honey chicken, pepper steak with onions, and spicy pepper chicken (I have a shellfish allergy). The flavors were good, as expected, but this place is more of a no-frills buffet, so I wouldn't rate it 5 stars. The server and hostess were very friendly, though. I would give it 3 stars, but I think they did a decent enough job to deserve a 4th star."

"This restaurant was very close to my hotel where I was staying in New York, and thus I had taken parcels from this place couple of times. The restaurant is kind of no-nonsense, with a very cheap price tags. At $6 one can get four pieces of crispy fried chickens with good amount of fried rice. Service time is really quick, even during the peak time too. Food is very average, to say the truth. If you like spicy food, you may find this place suitable to your needs.<br/ <br/ Overall, a nice budget place for some quick bites."

"I ordered delivery, so I can’t comment on the atmosphere or anything like that. However, I was very pleased with the Hunan dish I chose; the beef was tender, and the shrimp and vegetables were cooked perfectly in a sauce that had just the right level of spice (I requested medium heat). My granddaughter also approved of the lo mein. The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is because of the spring rolls. While they were nice and crispy on the outside, the inside was quite mushy. I might try the egg rolls next time instead. Overall, it was a great experience, and I definitely plan to order from this restaurant again."

"We ordered takeout, so I can't comment on the dining experience at the restaurant. We got a substantial amount of food, enough to serve six people plus some extras, based on a recommendation. The delivery was prompt, but unfortunately, the food was overly salty and lacked flavor. We ended up discarding most of it. Perhaps the menu is too extensive, and we just happened to select some of the less impressive items."

"My new fave spot for sashimi! Was craving for sashimi one night and found this place. At first I was a bit wary cause of some reviews but decided to just go for it. Got the sashimi deluxe, the salmon sashimi set (15 pcs), and some pieces a la carte. They were absolutely fresh! Thick cuts, and at the perfect temperature too. Haven't tried any of the other menu items though, but this place will def be my go to for sashimi."

"I've wanted to here since I was a kid. And I wasn't disappointed. The decor is reminiscent of the twenties. It's a bit over the top in decor but that's what I hoped for and was not disappointed. The staff was very good. The hostess was kind enough to bring us upstairs to see the glass bear. I think it would be fun to sit up there and drink some cocktails. The food was very good. I had the mushroom stuffed crepe to start, followed by the chicken Kiev, which was fairly good. A bit salty but enjoyable. I had the Prince Vladymir tea, which was excellent. Citrus, vanilla and spices oh my! Topped off with some cherries. I definitely recommend if you're looking for a bit of romance and nostalgia."

"Peking Tokyo has been our go to Chinese for over 10 years. In the last few months we've had some mixed experiences some of our fav dishes like the orange beef are hard to recognize now, items have been left out of orders, etc. Decided to give them another try tonight because we just haven't been willing to give up. Well this will be it for me. We ordered the walnut shrimp, which used to be unbelievably delicious. Not tonight. The sauce is thin and barely has any sweetness. The walnuts which are usually sautéed with the sauce were just raw walnuts set on top of the shrimp. The green veggie mix tastes burnt or spoiled or something I can't identify but I stopped after one bite. I was sure hoping for the best for the new owners. Sad to say goodbye to this fav. We have lots of happy memories eating here over the years."

"Ordered pickup with my family. The food itself is pretty good, but they left out several items that were supposed to be included with our entrees. For example, the website says chicken katsu comes with soup, salad, and white rice, but there was no whiterice to be found (and does lettuce underneath the chicken count as a salad? . For $19, I would probably expect either a ton offood or the sides that were supposed to be included. The chicken was decent, pork buns were okay, sushi/sashimi was good, andthe miso soup was good. However, I am kind of sad about my missing rice."

"The food I received was greasy and unappetizing. I genuinely believe I may have gotten food poisoning after eating here. The delivery took over an hour, and the driver was quite rude and disrespectful, struggling to follow the directions I provided. When I called the restaurant to inquire about the status of my order after the wait time exceeded what they had initially promised, a woman on the line informed me that she had no idea how much longer it would be. This is unacceptable customer service! The food arrived cold and saturated in grease, and shortly after eating, I felt nauseous and ended up vomiting a few hours later. I would NEVER order from this terrible place again!"
