"The food I received was greasy and unappetizing. I genuinely believe I may have gotten food poisoning after eating here. The delivery took over an hour, and the driver was quite rude and disrespectful, struggling to follow the directions I provided. When I called the restaurant to inquire about the status of my order after the wait time exceeded what they had initially promised, a woman on the line informed me that she had no idea how much longer it would be. This is unacceptable customer service! The food arrived cold and saturated in grease, and shortly after eating, I felt nauseous and ended up vomiting a few hours later. I would NEVER order from this terrible place again!"

We order from here pretty often since we live close by and always love what we get. The hot food and sushi are both good.

As for the seafood noodle soup, it had a smell reminiscent of a cardboard box. When I took a bite, the noodles were either overcooked or had been reheated, because they were soggy and tasted awful. I ended up not eating it at all. Overall, this place isn't worth the money or the long wait for food.

Only have ordered take away delivered. I have my go to’s that generally never disappoint. Wonton soup, shrimp lo mein and chicken with broccoli. Overall the food is good, the noodles can be over cooked sometimes and the pork fried rice not good for my taste. Overall decent Chinese food that delivers. View menu

I just ordered takeout, and I've generally had a good experience with this place. I tried the wonton soup, shrimp lo mein, and chicken with broccoli. Overall, the food is tasty, although the noodles can sometimes be overcooked, and I wasn’t a fan of the pork roast rice. Overall, it’s a decent spot for Chinese food to take away.

When the food finally arrived, I was disappointed. The fried dumplings were good, but my shrimp and broccoli dish didn't meet my expectations. The shrimp was mushy, the broccoli had a strange taste, the sauce left a bad aftertaste, and the fortune cookies were stale. Honestly, there are plenty of other places in the area where I’d prefer to spend my money. Red House won't see my business again.

As the first customer, I can confidently say that I thoroughly enjoyed the maki lunch roll combo I ordered. It was absolutely DELICIOUS! I tried the sweet potato tempura roll along with the avocado roll, and everything was incredibly fresh. Both rolls were fantastic! The sweet potato tempura was perfectly crisp, making it my favorite sushi experience to date. I was also pleased to find that it came with a side salad that had the most delightful dressing—I think it was sesame ginger? It was so tasty! I can’t wait to order again! View menu

I ordered sesame chicken and mango, shrimp fried rice, waited 1.5 hrs and only sesame chicken arrived. We called back and explained that 1/2 of our order was missing and that we were hungry and still wanted the remainder of our food and the response was that “you have to pay”. There was no indication that we wouldn’t pay, so this response was completely unprovoked. This is the worst customer service that I have seen in a long time. I am very disappointed, especially because the sesame chicken was very good. Unfortunately, this is how establishments like this lose good customers. Shame on you Red House.

Delivery took over two hours. Slow to respond when I called after an hour and a half to inquire where the food was. Cancelled order but it arrived cold of course.. WILL NEVER order from them again. Update in response to the owner"s response. Two hours for delivery is never acceptable especially when we are so close. We canceled the order but they still delivered the food (and charged us). The food was cold as if it had been sitting around for two hours. It took the owner 5 months to reply to my post. That shows they don't really care about their customers. They food wasn't that great so even if it had arrived on time I wouldn't have ordered from them again.

"We each started with a slice, which arrived quickly and hot—just how it should be. After our first bites, we exchanged approving nods. Unlike many other pizza places in Philadelphia and its suburbs that tend to overdo the cheese, leading to it sliding off with a single bite, that isn’t the case at Bruno's! Another highlight is the pizza sauce—it’s robust, sweet, and hints at herbs and spices, just as good pizza sauce should be. Overall, the pizza strikes the perfect balance of cheese, sauce, and a crust that’s both crispy and chewy—truly pizza perfection. Next, we tried their cheesesteak with American cheese and onions. They use fresh rolls that are soft yet remarkably hold all the meat and cheese together, making for a fantastic cheesesteak. What sets Bruno's cheesesteak apart is that they season their meat, offering a flavor profile that’s much richer than the typical, dry meat and cheese you find at many other places. The combination of the seasoned meat, onions, and cheese in that soft roll makes this one of the best cheesesteaks I’ve ever had in Philadelphia. I’ve been to all the popular spots: Steve's Prince of Steaks, Geno's, Pat's, Jim's on South St., and Dalessandro's Steaks, and I can confidently say you need to try a cheesesteak from Bruno's to understand what I mean. To finish our meal, we ordered chicken wings. They are breaded and fried in the style that many of us Philadelphians grew up enjoying from local seafood places and pizzerias. The wings were cooked perfectly, and that first bite into the crispy breading had me hooked. I read some reviews claiming the chicken was undercooked, but I would have to disagree. It’s possible for properly cooked chicken to look red or even bleed at the thigh bone due to pigments from the bone marrow seeping through the thin bones of these young birds, causing a slight tint. I recommend enjoying a slice while waiting for your pizza to be ready. If you’re in the area, this is the place to visit! Pro tip: reheat your pizza on the stove to regain that fresh-from-the-oven taste and texture. Avoid microwaving your leftovers—don’t be an amateur!"
