"The food at this restaurant was mediocre overall. I would recommend sticking to the sushi and avoiding other items on the menu. I had to send back the ramen dish because it didn't match the description, and the replacement entree I received wasn't much better in terms of appearance and flavor. There was an excessive amount of onions in everything, with dishes either drenched in soy sauce or minimally cooked. While the sushi was good, I wouldn't say it's the best in Charlotte."

"Another fantastic experience at Asuka! The restaurant was busy, so we opted to sit outside which turned out to be perfect. The service was exceptional and the food, as always, was top-notch. David, the manager, was friendly and helpful despite the crowds. The entire staff mirrored David's friendliness. We love coming back here again and again. "No complaints on the taste but way too expensive for what I received. The R13. Salmon Avocado Roll was not rolled properly and the salmon/avocado kept falling out. The description says it comes with soup and salad but this is not true. The White Tuna sushi (fish over rice) was $4+ but ended up being one piece."

But when we are waiting we found this store also has too good to go option and it was 2.2 points out of 5, so we are pretty curious cuz the food is great, why such low reviews? And once we get it, totally understandable.As shown below in picsFirst of all, only four small cup miso soup is not even on the menu and they put original retail price for $12 dollars for this, which is ridiculous.Secondly, we are having the dinner in this store and we ordered pretty great amount of food, but this too good to go give us a feeling of teasing us. It's not for helping environment but for their OWN financial benefit.If the store owner is in such mindset, you shouldn't participate in this Too good to go campaign which is helping the environment but not wasting so many plastic container for miso soup.We really enjoyed the food here but for such attitude and mindset, we will never ever come back and hope this reviews can help others!Overall I feel really really bad that as an Environmentalist, I'd rather they don't even give me this bag which cause more plastic trash in the world.If you want to protect the environment, please don't event order too good to go in this store."

"I just ordered from Thiru Uber, and the food was excellent. It arrived hot, tasted just as I expected, and was very fresh. I've eaten here several times over the past decade, and to be honest, I didn't expect much from a delivery order. However, I was blown away by the presentation, taste, and quality. I ordered the grilled Vermicelli shell, and it was fantastic. I also got the Vietnamese egg rolls and finished four out of six almost immediately—they were super crispy with a moist and flavorful filling, just perfect! I was so impressed that I called them back to share my thoughts. This place has definitely become my new favorite!"

"Located right off I-81 Exit 168 in Wilkes Barre Township, this restaurant is conveniently surrounded by multiple hotels, a Walmart, Wegmans, and Tang's Asian Cuisine. The knowledgeable wait staff impressively guided us through the menu, offering recommendations and answering our questions about the diverse selection of Asian dishes. Our party of five enjoyed sampling a variety of appetizers, soups, rolls, and entrees, all of which were delicious and ranged from sweet to spicy. The service was prompt and the atmosphere was pleasant, making it a highly recommended spot for dining in. Additionally, the take-out service seemed to be quite popular."

"I'm a huge sushi enthusiast, and it's my go-to comfort food. I had a wonderful experience at Mitoushi, thanks to the fantastic service and the amazing atmosphere. "The sushi was good and the price was average. They have a fairly good amount of choices on their menu. The food was prepared well. The facility was clean. The lighting is a little dim, but typical of this style of restaurant. The server was new and she did not pass the plates to the guests; instead, she placed them at the end of the table for the guests to distribute themselves. This led to some confusion. Hopefully that service isn't the norm. Overall a great experience."

"Chaplin's is absolutely amazing. I took my husband here to celebrate his birthday. We easily found street parking. We were greeted warmly at the door and seated immediately. The decor is great. We loved the theme and the old Charlie Chaplin silent movies playing on the projector. Our server was friendly and attentive. He provided great insight on the menu and suggested some delicious bites. All the food was perfection. We ordered the Limelight Guava Daiquiri for drinks, Chaplins buns and fried pork gyoza for appetizers, the Miso and Shoyu ramen our meals, and the chocolate lava cake for dessert. We've found a new favorite and will definitely make ourselves regulars."

"Best hibachi in the area if you ask me, a self-proclaimed foodie. It?s always a quick wait if not being seated as soon as you walk on, the appetizers are amazing (recommend the monkey ball , the drinks, soup and salad comes out immediately and the cooksalways put on a great performance and get the customers involved. "Kumho, I am so sorry I have to do this. I’ve been going here for 5 years and as of the last 2-3 months my family has gotten food poisoning twice after eating here. Last time I thought it may have been somewhere or something. But the facts are that just last night and this morning my wife is sick to her stomach after eating here….same for me two months ago after eating here. Something has definitely changed at this restaurant and they are just not on top of food safety standards or quality like they once were. Considering we tip phenomenal to the chef and the staff …..something has to be done. Whether you have 8 people at a table or 2 the food needs to be safe without exception. I simply cannot bring my family here anymore and would appreciate a refund."

"The service was friendly and attentive. Portions big and sushi rolls were great! There was confusion between servers on who was serving our table, so there was a minor delay on taking our order. They brought us a yummy appetizer as an apology and we thought that was above and beyond what they needed to do. My friend spilled her soup and they helped clean up and brought another soup for her. Will definitely come back!"

"I have NEVER had worse service in a restaurant in my life. I 'm pretty laid back and chill and so are my friends, so it took A LOT to actually get my quiet and shy friend to start screaming at the manager. We came in during the middle of summer, when it was about 100+ degrees outside and we had just walked from the convention center here. First thing we ask the waitress is for water, lots of it, and for it to keep coming. We were to order sushi from the bar and anything else from her. She took our original order, brought us water with our soups and bolted before my friend could order something from the kitchen. The rest of the meal, she did not look at us once. We ran out of water in about a minute and despite waving at her, slurping our straws on the last few drips over and over and even yelling hey as she passed us on her way to the kitchen, she never once even gave us the time of day. The sushi rolls were good, but my friend never even got to order her food in the half an hour we were there and we had to become friends with the bus boy to get some water refills. It wasn 't even busy, there were two other waitresses and only two other tables were full. I will NEVER go here again. The only reason I 'm giving the place two stars is because the food was good and after yelling at the manager for 10 minutes, she comped our whole check. Still, this is not something I want to have to do, especially at a place that costs around $15 per roll. I guess my best advice is to just skip Ra altogether."

"Crab egg rolls are my favorite, service really depends on who is working and the sticky rice doesn't hold very well (shown in the photo attached) the last couple of times I've been here. Spider roll, Philadelphia roll, are definitely my favorite basic rolls and there are plenty of specialty rolls that I love too they have such a great selection it never is boring."

"The food I received was greasy and unappetizing. I genuinely believe I may have gotten food poisoning after eating here. The delivery took over an hour, and the driver was quite rude and disrespectful, struggling to follow the directions I provided. When I called the restaurant to inquire about the status of my order after the wait time exceeded what they had initially promised, a woman on the line informed me that she had no idea how much longer it would be. This is unacceptable customer service! The food arrived cold and saturated in grease, and shortly after eating, I felt nauseous and ended up vomiting a few hours later. I would NEVER order from this terrible place again!"
