"UPDATE: I spoke to the owner and he was very apologetic. I got food, but was afraid that maybe with that it wasn't able to eat it. I agreed to talk to him and her when I come over this Covid! I swear to God the most irrational, dramatic, rude, cursive, loud woman who cried me over the phone just like four minutes. I ordered a Uber. Within minutes of order accepted I called the restaurant to tell them I would like to add a few extra sauces and please adjust the price accordingly. I sent something????? with the special instructions, because I usually love this restaurant. She said the kitchen near UberEats is wrong, I said that?s good could you please cancel my order, so I will not be charged, she said no I can?t. Then cried almost five minutes, she said that she made my order and opened the kitchen again, I also did not ask her. She still cried twice, I'm not a Karen. I was an understanding, but I was screamed completely, so I certainly raised my voice a little. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The food is usually good, but definitely overrated and overpriced. Sometimes when u can?t drive you go for the alternative and this is what I got this time!
