"I typically place my orders by phone, and the food is always ready in about 10-15 minutes. I've never had to wait long, even on a few occasions when I ordered during peak dinner time. I believe Tenko Japan offers great food for such an affordable price! The only drawback is that the person taking my order over the phone isn't very courteous; there have been times when they just hang up after confirming my order. However, I’d rather have that than deal with someone who's outright rude. Overall, I'd rate the customer service as average."
