"I am African American that's writing this review. This is a black-owned restaurant. So you try to support your own kind.. I probably spent $1,000 with them buying hamburgers over the years. They will never get a penny out of me again. I buy a hamburger from this place. I told them to put extra mayo and catch up on my burger. Get to the place the price is higher.I asked them did you go up on the price I'm always coming here and buying hamburgers. She told me no, we charge you extra for ketchup and mayo. I said I go to all type of restaurants white /black. They never charge you for no ketchup or extra ketchup. I told them ,I shouldn't have to pay for something that's already coming on the hamburger. But you don't charge me If I get extra ketchup packs. Black man that run it he wasn't there today. It was two black women. You know black women attitude I had to walk out and leave the hamburger, because of principle of what they try to do. They will never get my business again. A restaurant like that don't deserve to be in business, how they treat their customers. Then the black woman had a nerve to tell me, we is a small black business so that's why we charge for ketchup The white folks don't do it, The Chaldeans don't do it, The Arabs don't do it You should be proud to get somebody to purchase something from you. not try to nickel and dime you.If you worry about charging me extra, you ain't worried about me spending $1,000 with you no more. That's over with, over some petty ketchup that you try to play me on. That ketchup going to cost you more, than what I've been spending with you. I hope The ketchup was worth it. No customers should get treated like that, You give black business owners bad reputation. We already have it hard in the world already. And you make it prime example why people don't want to shop and eat at black restaurants"

"I have been to this restaurant twice. I had been warned that the person at the counter where u order is hard to understand. My informant was correct!! The food was typical when there is no competition in town; leaves a lot to he desired . 1st visit I had the worst egg foo young I 've ever eaten. (I eat out often wherever I am in America. It was greasy; grease all over my lips! It tasted like it had been cooked on a grill with all kinds of breakfast food. I 'm a penny pincher so I took it back to where I am temporarily living and put it in a skillet. I didn 't have to use any extra oil. Will not order that dish again. #2 visit: ordered the Dragoon that was pictured on the wall with no price not realizing it was $15.60! (I usually ask how much but was in a hurry to get to an event. I later looked on the take out menu I brought home so I could find the exact name price but couldn 't find it. I liked that the shrimp was not breaded loved all the vegetables. I kept having to chew each piece of battered chicken so long that I thought I was going to be late for the event I was going to. I started wondering if it was chicken. I finally assumed that it was extremely dry (to put it politely . They probably figured the batter and spicy hot sauce (which I like would cover the dryness. Maybe that 's how they can afford to serve so much food in their entrees. Their ragoons were O.K. (but have had tastier ones . Sorry if the pic grosses u out. It 's a couple of pieces of chicken after chewing, trying to dissolve it but couldn 't. (I had to finally leave for the event so took most of the food home. I took the pic at home."

"I am done! There have been several mistakes lately.Second to last trip I had to wait 30 minutes beyond the promised time of my lunch because “they have large order.” In front of me. I was told the order would be ready by 1230. It wasn’t ready until 105. Causing me problems with a virtual meeting.Despite the above problem and against my better judgement we tried them again. My wife sent in the order and asked me to pick it up. I get there and was told by young kid (probably too young to work) that I need to sign the receipt. Since my wife called in the order I assumed she paid for it. It seemed reasonable. The people in there were very short and essentially rushed me out before I realized there were no sauces in the package.I get home and there is no crab Rangoon that was ordered. The 2 St. Paul sandwiches were very greasy. This sandwich is one of the few things that brought me back. The lo mein in in a smaller package, with different noodles. Also the bean sprouts that we ordered were not in there. The egg rolls were goodSo at 1015pm we get a call that the order wasn’t paid for. We paid the full amount over the phone despite the shortages and no sauces. We would happily have come in the next day to pay it. Getting the insistent phone call at our bed time was quite disturbing for essentially their mistake. Finally about 8 months ago we had a Karen delivery driver from there scream at my kid for our family ordering too much (we have 6 people her and frequently additional guests). We usually order chinese 2-4 times a month. Our orders are usually $100. We tip $20 on delivery. This was too much I called and spoke to the manager. Too their credit they had the driver come back and apologize.Frankly this is too much to put up with, there are lots of chinese restaurants and we will go elsewhere."
