"We've enjoyed our meals there so much that we've returned multiple times. I highly recommend the sesame chicken, sesame beef, orange chicken, orange beef, and Mongolian beef. While I’m sure everything on the menu is excellent, these are the dishes we've tasted so far.
All the dishes except for the Mongolian beef are lightly battered and fried to perfection — there’s no thick coating hiding a sliver of meat, which is a trick some restaurants use to cut costs. The Mongolian beef is particularly impressive; it's cooked to juicy perfection and expertly seasoned with just the right amount of sauce, onions, and black pepper. Even the red dipping sauce served with the fried wonton strips before your meal is delightful, featuring a subtle hint of fresh ginger instead of the typical sugary red sauce.
