"The best Chinese restaurant in the area! Last night, I visited a restaurant where I wasn’t in the mood for Western dishes. As someone who enjoys ethnic cuisine, I decided to step out of my comfort zone and try some Chinese food. I ordered the lemon garlic chicken, and it was absolutely delicious! It had a unique flavor, and I could tell they used fresh ingredients due to the appetizing aroma that greeted me upon entering. I’ve dined at many places, and this one is, by far, my favorite. The food is excellent, the aromas are delightful, and the atmosphere is very pleasant."

I have been in the hospitality industry for at least five years, and am well-versed with what makes diners happy. I can honestly say that this is one of the best Chinese restaurants around. The food is so fresh and delicious and it's really like a home. This isn't your typical Chinese restaurant you see on every block. It's just too darn good!

Stopped by when we were visiting some place, the food was so authentic! We ordered some fantastically flavorful soups, and a beef dish that was super yummy. The owner gave us some insight into their food, which is supposedly shaped by what they miss from home. Best part: You can select the level of spice you want to make it as hot as you like!

There was excellent speed and service at the Hot Wok Restaurant. We received the dish five minutes after the order, and our dinner went excellent, especially the beef, chicken and chili soldiers. I often visit this place; my favorites are the house special, the curry chicken and the special beef of the cook. The young woman behind the counter is incredibly warm, polite and informed, and I will highly recommend this place to my neighbours, colleagues, relatives and friends! View menu

Five stars! I wanted to share my personal experience at this restaurant. I've struggled to find the perfect Chinese take-out until I discovered this fantastic spot. The food was exceptional! The soup was flavorful, and the noodles were delicious. I also appreciated the diverse menu—they offer everything from beef to salads and duck. The staff was very friendly and attentive, which added to the wonderful experience. I'm not just saying this because I enjoyed the food; it truly is delicious and reasonably priced. I will definitely be coming back with my family!

If I were ever in the region again, I would probably return. I came here with my boyfriend's family yesterday but didn't have high hopes because of some reviews. The Hot Wok Restaurant tends to be hit or miss, but I was pleasantly surprised when our supper was over. Following others' recommendations, I had called an hour in advance to RSVP for a table of five and to order a Brocolli Beef, Beef Chow Mein, and Fried Rice; Thank goodness I did! Around six, we arrived for an early dinner, and we were promptly seated and pleased with the helpful and courteous wait staff.
