"We went to Collusion during our visit to York on a Thursday evening. After we ordered a few beer flights, the place rapidly became crowded. Unfortunately, there was just one bartender working, which caused the service to slow down significantly. The beer was good but not exceptional. Despite this, I would definitely return—I think it’s important to support local brewers."
