"We went to Collusion during our visit to York on a Thursday evening. After we ordered a few beer flights, the place rapidly became crowded. Unfortunately, there was just one bartender working, which caused the service to slow down significantly. The beer was good but not exceptional. Despite this, I would definitely return—I think it’s important to support local brewers."

I have tried a wide range of beers and IPAs over the years, and aside from Treehouse, I haven't found anything near York that compares to the exceptional offerings at Collusion Tap Works. The service is excellent, the food is tasty, and it’s a dog-friendly spot.
