"First and foremost they over booked this place . I was excited about coming to eat here with my husband we been wanting to for a while . We got to the restaurant parking lot and notice no valet so I called to ask where can we park since it was packed and no valet parking so we parked at the other restaurant near bareli’s. We walked in and we notice a few ppl upset about the waiting time . 5min was really 20min , no biggie so we wait . The boss or manager tried telling the host to sit us down by the doorway which was near the waiting area a coat area she ignored him so we continued to wait . The jazz guy was drunk talking by the bar and they had to remind him to go play music . The jazz music does not reach the other side of the dining room which was disappointing. We don’t get water not bread right away and had to asked twice , my husband ordered our drink was was good as we liked then we ordered two Cesar salads which was horrible , literally the core of the lettuce yellow brownish $15 so I sent them back to have a more fresh and green salad . Next we ordered the meatball Parmesan but instead got veal it was okay.. the sauce tasted like can of tomato, for our entree I got the lasagne and my husband got the black pasta with lobster . The lasagne really tasted like boxed frozen lasagne and was very disappointed as well! My husband plate was so so as to the lobster had a funny taste . Me and my husband didn’t really eat and asked for a box to go so we won’t be rude . The manager or boss was going around with his wife asking CERTAIN ppl if everything was good and did not asked us not once if our food was okay nor said sorry about the salad. We are two adults that love fine dining and have no issues with spending a good amount of money when we go out but this wasn’t it at all ! I’m sorry but I will not return to this place ever again . The food quality isn’t worth the price at all. Happy valentines I guess …."

"On February 22, 2018, my daughter invited me to lunch at Flo's in Greenville, a place I had never been to before. We decided to try the lunch buffet. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with how they maintained the food offerings. There were only a few items available, and when I inquired about them bringing out more fresh dishes, I was told they were "working on it." We ended up eating what was available, which wasn't very tasty since it had been sitting out for some time. Just as we were about to leave, they finally brought out a few new items. Given the price of $9.95, I expected a well-stocked buffet, especially during lunchtime. I doubt I will return for the buffet, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless significant improvements are made in keeping it well-stocked with fresh food."

"The food was lackluster and the service was subpar. I decided to try this restaurant after noticing a charming cafe in Amherst. The service was sluggish and inattentive, and the food was uninspiring: the skillet consisted of raw potatoes, overcooked meats, and two slices of cheese beneath two (surprisingly well-prepared) eggs. Everything was bland, lacking seasoning. The coffee was weak and refills were hard to come by. Additionally, the prices were too high for the quality of the food and service. I will not be returning."

"D: We ordered the six wing pieces spicy barbecue. We also ordered two slices of the meat lover. We added mushrooms for 50 cents more. We also got a tiramisu. The price is so affordable. It’s a really great price for the size of the slice. The extra 50 cents for the mushroom was so worth it. They put good amount of mushroom! The water cup is free. The pizza is really good. The wings were good. Just a little dry. The sauce of the wings was really good. Perfect mixture of spicy and sweet. The pizza was really Big. Not greasy at all. The meats were really good. The tiramisu was delicious! It was the best part of my dinner. The price and food were perfect for three people. I paid 28$ for 2 slices of meat love with mushroom, 6 piece wing, and the tiramisu. I am definitely coming back. Parking: Street parking was available. It was pretty late and not much people were around. It will be harder to find street parking during peak hours. Kid-friendliness: They have a child high chair."
