"This Chili's is always a reliable spot for a quick meal, catching a game, or hanging out with friends. The parking lot can be a bit chaotic, but once you're inside, the service is consistently good at both the bar and the tables. The food is delicious, and I've never encountered any kitchen issues; the dishes arrive promptly and as ordered. We often do takeout for game days at home, and the service has always been excellent, with the food being a hit. They also offer party platter options. "The service was excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed the Louisiana chicken and the chicken Caesar salad. However, the payment process was quite amusing. I had a $25 gift card along with $10 in cash, but they didn’t have any cash to give me change at 1 PM! I can't quite understand that. The government keeps printing money, which diminishes the dollar's value, and I've traveled through seven western states without encountering any cash shortages. After some time, I think the manager finally found a key or something to get some cash for change."

"Used to love this place, but the last experience I had here was soo bad, I had to walk out, coffee in paper cup, too strong, chili looked like mushy dog food, and was room temperature, asked them to take the coffee and chile back, and was still charged, restaurant was filthy, with a bunch of kids working there, all goofing around and having fun at the expense of the customer, server was rude, and wired, got into a argument, so I payed for the food I had taken back and vowed to boycot Chiles, foreverand ever! "We decided to go here for Fathers Day dinner and it was a big mistake. There was no one at the hostess stand, we had to ask someone to seat us. After we sat down, the waiter took our orders. 20 minutes later he came back to tell us they were out of french fries, wings and chicken breasts! After we sat there for 30 minutes. We left. Wasted our time. How do you run out of the most common thing on the menu and not made sure to have more on stock, yet allow guests to order it!? The service recovery from the Outlets Manager on duty was poor as she had an attitude with me. Won't be going back there."

"We were craving some chili since they were offering $6 Presidente margaritas for National Margarita Day. I ordered my usual Cajun shrimp pasta, and it was delicious as always. We enjoyed two rounds of margaritas, but the second round was quite watered down. However, Kehlani, one of the supervisors, kindly remade the drinks, and they turned out amazing! She explained that margaritas taste better when they're not shaken, and thanks to her excellent service, we tipped her more than our actual server, who was just okay. We'll definitely be back and will specifically ask for her!"

"I had a craving for fish, so we decided to go to Chili's. They always have delicious grilled salmon. The server was polite and efficient. The food was freshly cooked for each order, which I appreciated. They use fresh ingredients here instead of frozen, which I prefer. However, we did have an issue with the payment device. "Breakfast Bonanza! We recently visited Towson Diner after not going for a while, and we decided it was time to give it another shot. There was a short wait to be seated due to the busy atmosphere, but it was absolutely worth it! We went for breakfast, and I must say, everything was fantastic. The Greek omelette was incredible, and the pancakes and waffles were equally delicious. We all shared bites of each other’s dishes, and I can confidently say everything was excellent. The service was outstanding as well. I would definitely return. And don't even get me started on their desserts—wow! I’ve already decided what I’m getting next time after confirming that all their baking is done on-site. I highly recommend it!"

"Went to go grab dinner around 7:30 just to get out of the house. No one was at the podium to greet us when we walked in. I had to go to the bar ask did they have a host or hostess working. They told me there was a hold on seating anyone at this time but would send someone. The hostess came said there would be a 10-15 minute wait but the restaurant was nearly empty. We decided to wait which I regretted because once we got seated it was close to the restroom they claimed that no one was working the other area where the other tables were. The person I was with had to send his food back twice due to it being cold in the middle barely any food on the plate to begin with. About time they got it half way right we were ready to go not to mention it was so cold you could barely enjoy your food. I will say the server Miranda was professional even though others made her job difficult."

"After a few drinks with friends at the nearby brewery I came here with a craving for pizza. The theme of the place was New York City and it was interesting to see the names of neighborhoods lining the walls and bridges in photos. I ordered two slices. "Ate there for Magical Dining but some in party ate off regular menu. Dessert on Magical Dining menu was half the size as regular dessert. Appetizers on Magical Dining menu also smaller than one ordered off regular menu. So, not such a great deal. The kitchen was unable and/or unwilling to make accommodation for a vegan diner who had been noted when the reservation was made. (Veggie burger is served on an egg brioche bun). Said they had no other bread and were “too slammed” to deal with it even though the restaurant was half full. Nice location but will choose another restaurant in the area next time."

"Over the years we've frequented this location, our most recent experience was undoubtedly the worst. The fries were served cold, so we asked the employee for a fresh batch. Instead of apologizing and promptly bringing us hot fries, he asked, "Aren't they hot?!" He assured us he would get fresh fries, but then forgot about them entirely. By the time we finished our meals—disappointed with the small portion of the chicken sandwich—we had to ask our server for the fries when he brought us the bill. While our server was attentive with drink refills, the other guy, who also forgot my spoon when bringing out our soups, seemed more interested in chatting with the hosts than attending to his duties."

"We dropped in here for dinner and it was delicious as chipotle always is as we would expect from the chain. The Store does seem a bit smaller than your typical chipotle but it is still pretty much the same standard layout just on a more condensed scale. I didn’t realize that they had a watermelon lemonade until after I had already sat down and started eating but it looks so delicious and you can see it from the picture that is definitely on the top of my agenda for the next time provided that there’s not just a local thing and they have it in Ohio also. No we didn’t come in here at 8 o’clock in the evening and I’m sure these guys were swamped all day long because they were pretty busy while we were here too but the place could have the trash attend to a little bit more. By that I mean you can see in the pictures that the trash cans really are pretty full in the bathrooms a little bit overflowing. But make no mistake this place was clean and tidy and every other aspect. They were out of the hot tofu which is one of my favorites but everything else was delicious and I would give him a good solid double thumbs up"

"I went to Chili's today because my son specifically requested a molten chocolate cake. His birthday is in the next couple of days so we were having a special day today for it. We saw our server to take our order and then she disappeared. Someone else brought my son out his lunch and my appetizer soup that was cold. I spent 35 minutes waiting for the server, Nikki, to show up w my food and bring the chocolate cake my 4 year old already told her he wanted. As I was about to get up, she came out of the kitchen w my food. I must've looked about as happy as I felt, so she mumbled something under her breath and turned tail back into the kitchen. WITH MY FOOD. I loudly said to her back that I wanted to speak to her manager. This is why this review is 5 stars instead of 1. Eddie asked me what happened and was very apologetic. He talked w my son about his name which is unique (but not stupid) and how it's the name of one of Eddie's favorite wrestlers. He then came back w a birthday card and asked my son to spell his name so he would get it right on the card. He came back from the kitchen a few minutes later w a birthday card, an adult sized lava cake, and all the servers (besides mine) who sang happy birthday to my little buddy. Inside the card were gift cards and vouchers for free kids meals. Eddie definitely turned it around and my little man had a good time. In a world where most managers are God awful people, Eddie shines a bright light. Thank you to the staff at Chili's wolf rd for brightening my sons day. You know, except for Nikki. Maybe you should talk less in front of your customers about giving out your email address to male customers and actually do your job."

"My husband and I had the opportunity to dine at this Karaba's today for lunch. When we came in the restaurant was practically empty so I knew that there would be no problem getting seated quickly. And we were seated quickly by a hostess who did not have the most welcoming attitude at all. After pursuing the 72 empty table, she finally put us at one and say this is OK we just said yes and sat down. A very nice young man with a Boston accent, greeted us at the table and took our drink, orders, appetizer order food order dessert order because I already had in my mind what I was going to get! Then the fun began THE Food Pretty much just horrible. Starting with the bread which is a sad way to start a celebration but my spring pear drink was good. The new pasta on the spring menu I ordered with the chicken. The chicken was delicious. However, the vegetables were practically raw and there was enough undercooked pasta to feed force people next with over cooked pasta to feed a few more I couldn't even find the chicken. I brought it home. I don't know why I'll probably feed it to the dog. I ordered minestrone soup tasted like canned soup with water horrible? Well, how about dessert? I ordered the chocolate brownie, I could've made it in my house with that little Debbie snack cake a can of Cool Whip and some Hershey syrup. I don't know what happened to Carabbas I had a party there last year about the same time of year and I received a $100 gift card to spend this year. I've been saving it for an entire year and I spent it today plus extra money. Mostly on wine and drinks. I think Carabbas is trying to get their money from the bar scene sad The employees were too busy complaining about their jobs to either each other, or their friends teaching might work for the most part. Except for the waiters. They were doing a fabulous job delivering the dismal tood 30 minutes So split my two stars, please one for the waiters one for the food prep people that didn't seem to be doing some thing at least. The man with the label was working the girl with the salad made an excellent salad and the best dressing along with the best dipping sauce I've ever had at any Carabbas anywhere. Oops I hit the four star. I'm not going to change it so give a couple stars to the people that keep the air conditioning on and the lights turned up. I guess my brain decided that one more person to serve the star, so give it to that person that works there who walks around like a zombie I don't know her name because she need some cheering up. Maybe the business owner will actually read this whole review and give me a call. I know when I owned a business that's what I always did. Have a nice day."

"We absolutely loved everything about this restaurant! I usually avoid ordering meat dishes because I've been let down in the past. However, last night I decided to try the short ribs stroganoff, and I finished the entire plate—it was so delicious that I almost wanted to lick it clean! My partner and son had pancakes, and of course, they were excellent too. We will definitely be back. Our server was fantastic!"
