"We went there for dinner before taking the Ghost Tour. We were greeted by smiles as if we were old friends even though it was our first visit. The place has a cool history in that it was once a speakeasy and a place where moonshine was made and sold. Our waiter was so much fun! Not only did we get great service but after dinner he gave us a quick tour and showed us the tunnel (now closed off) where a few mason jars still sit on the dusty shelves. He even posed for a couple of photos. As for the food we had an appetizer of pretzels and beer cheese. Our guests said it was an good as any they’d had in London. Our salads were fresh and when my friend asked for hers to be made a specific way her request was quickly and correctly accomendated. The salmon my husband and I split was moist and delicious and we were offered several good substitute side dishes to accommodate our garlic and onion allergies. All in all we had an awesome visit and plan to return to Pack’s Tavern next time we visit Asheville."

"The service was satisfactory and the food was alright, but we visited about 2 hours after the restaurant opened and the restroom was extremely dirty. It really turned me off and made me question the overall cleanliness of the place. My wife commented on the mildew smell and stained walls. It was a small establishment with only one bathroom, so keeping it clean shouldn't have been a difficult task. When you own a restaurant, cleanliness should be a top priority. I decided against taking a picture of the toilet to spare myself and my wife from that sight. The windowsills had dead flies and other insects as well. I will definitely not be returning here."

"Make the most of Restaurant Week to explore new dining options. The service was friendly, and they kindly accommodated a small adjustment to my order, which I truly appreciated. However, the bottle of wine didn’t arrive until after the appetizers were served, resulting in the wine being enjoyed alongside a less-than-hot starter (the firecracker shrimp), which made it cool down even more. The main course was quite brief in terms of aging, but it was far from spectacular. The gluten-free chocolate cake had a cheesecake-like texture and was very good. The wine list is impressive for this type of establishment. Overall, it feels like it has been eight years of going without (since 2021)."

"Our server was not very efficient (Her name is Corey); she was very nice, but seemed overwhelmed. It took her 40 minutes to get our salads after we ordered. Then, we noticed that everyone around us was getting their food, including a party of 12, and they all arrived after us. We arrived at 6:00 and at 7:15 still didn’t have our food. I know weekends are busy in restaurants and don’t mind waiting, but when everyone else that arrived after us was getting their food in 15-25 minutes and we weren’t, something is wrong! When I asked the server, she said it was coming up then. The food still hadn’t came at 7:30, so I went and got a manager. She was very nice; had our food out immediately, but one of the steaks was ice cold. We sent it back and a chef brought it out. Nice touch there. I was surprised that the manager didn’t do some “service recovery”. Didn’t offer us a discount or anything like usually happens. Not sure we will be back to this particular Red Lobster. There’s another location which is a little further from our house, but makes it worth the drive."

"This place is on the main drive, US 30 (Lancaster Blvd) in Paoli, PA. It is a authentic Greek food restaurant. Intermediately sized, with parking. The food is very good, the wait staff very friendly, and the pricing is quite fair. The ingredients are fresh, well prepared and served with a smile. A very pleasant dining experience was had by my wife and I there and we will return. BTW, I am fan of cucumber and dill so one can image I rather like tzatziki. Some of the best I've had. I got way too full dipping pita into it and brought 3/4's of my entree home because of it. No negatives on this place."

"I've eaten at Chili's for many years albeit at different locations. This evening was the first time at this particular location only because of shopping nearby and it was close to dinner time. The 3 stars is for the server who was awesome while being extremely busy. She took notice of my drink being almost finished while waiting for the food and brought me another without me asking. Bonus for that. The missing stars are because of the food. My child and I both ordered well done burgers. His was more done than pink unlike mine. Because I'm eating keto, I chose to use a fork and knife to cut into the burger itself without the bun. Good thing I didn't just bite into it. The only brown on my burger was the outside that shows. The inside looked like the ground beef package from the store or beef tartar. At this time the server was busy elsewhere but when she did come around, I just wanted to pay and leave. She was pleasant and offered another burger even if it was to go but I refused. If the kitchen didn't take the time to get it right the first time before it was brought to the table, I don't want anything else that comes from there. I understand them being busy and trying to get everyone their meals but time needs to be taken to make sure well done is well done a/k/a no pink whatsoever especially if a child is eating it. I'm sure glad I didn't go with chicken or shrimp. It's unfortunate that mistakes like this can cause a big name business to lose customers. If I wanted fast food we would have went to one of those. Just be careful and cut into the middle of your meat choice and check it before it reaches your mouth. Just saying..."

"I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant, largely thanks to our outstanding waitress. While I can't recall her name, we visited on Saturday, August 20, 2022, at 11 a.m. I did encounter an issue with the card reader, which indicated it was "damaged," and I hope this feedback is helpful for management. What impressed me most about her service was her ability to anticipate our needs before we even had to ask. For instance, she refilled my Coke when it was only half full, as she did with everything else, which made our experience much smoother and more enjoyable."

"We had gone for dinner yesterday to Applebee's. I had the Bourbon Steak, my husband the large Rib order and appetizer to go, everything was very enjoyable. But what made the evening so special! was the kindness, thoughtfulness and respect for Veterans, received from a lovely family. They paid our tab and came over to thank my husband for his military service (Marine Corp). It iwas so gratifying and made our evening even more special since unbeknown to them it also happened to be our Anniversary of 53 year's. I hope they read this review and learn how touched we were by their courtesy and generosity. "The owners are wonderful and the food is outstandingly prepared. The small things that could be improved: Bread should be offered by the server instead of him/her waiting to be asked. The server forgot a request a couple of times. The flan had the perfect texture yet could be slightly sweeter. All in all, though, a wonderful experience if you don’t mind a rather noisy environment (we did not mind at all), and we will certainly be back."

"Ordered the featured Spaghetti Carbonara with Grilled Chicken. The chicken was very good. The Carbonara was unfit to eat. When the waitress asked how the food was, I told her the same, that the chicken was good, but the sauce tasted awful, like it was a watered-down soupy alfredo (didn 't even mention that I could almost swear that the bacon in the sauce was actually bacon bits, like those for salads). Her response was yeah I know , with a smile, like it was an amusing and acceptable thing. Then said sorry about that. No offer to take it back, to advise a manager, or to replace with another dish. After 1 bite, I left the entire meal, excluding the chicken, uneaten and pushed aside on the table. The waitress then asked me I wanted to take it home. I took a deep breath and said no thanks, I didn 't want it (thinking that I had been pretty clear about that just moments earlier when I said that it wasn 't fit to eat and tasted awful). Paid the bill left. Lesson learned. Will most likely visit another Carabba 's, but elsewhere, and will surely avoid the carbonara."

"I reserved a table hours in advance. When i got there they said they were going to clean a table for us and it would be a short wait. There was another group of waiting to be seated as well. They got a table first with no reservation. We ended up waiting for another hour to get a table. It was my birthday, im upset. If i didnt have gift cards I wouldve left and gone somewhere else. Terrible service, we waited minutes for our waitress to come over to our table and take our order for our drinks. Our food took an hour and was cold when it came out. She also messed up the check and gave herself an extra tip"

"Overall, the experience was decent. The food was good, and I have no complaints in that regard. However, the service was quite slow, and the staff seemed to pay little attention to us, though it didn't detract too much from our meal. The biggest issue was that we were seated near a window at sunset, and it took an eternity for someone to come and close the shades, which left us feeling blinded and uncomfortable. Our server completely ignored us during this situation, which was quite frustrating. When I say ignored, I really mean it—despite flagging them down and making eye contact, they just turned away and didn't assist us. Thankfully, another server eventually took care of the issue."

"I have been to this location twice now, and I have not been disappointed even a little bit! The restaurant was clean, despite being busy both times, and I was thankful they had a table available for me both times with no wait. The staff, from the door to the table, they were welcoming, friendly and attentive. My appetizer came quickly, and my main food came out a good time after I got my appetizer. My drink rarely ran dry, and they stopped by several times to make sure I was taken care of, and didn't need anything. Even the manager came by at least once each visit to ask. I definitely recommend this restaurant, and not only am I likely to return, I very well may go back tonight!"

"The restaurant 310 S Park Avenue in Winter Park never disappoints. My guest and I chose the Garden Salad with mixed greens, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, goat cheese, craisins, and sunflower kernels with a delicious salmon fillet. Her birthday dessert featured a smooth vanilla ice cream on a tasty chocolate chip cookie and topped with whipped cream. The service and the ambiance proved excellent, too."

"I placed an online order for delivery through DoorDash. Unfortunately, the utensils I requested for my soup and salad were missing from the bag. The salsa and soups were all spilled and leaking from their containers. The delivery driver left the food at the door and quickly departed. I called the restaurant and Tyler offered to remake the items if I could pick them up, but we are on vacation and have already returned our rental car."

"I picked up takeout from this restaurant and just had the margherita pizza with fresh mozzarella. It’s the closest experience to Italy I've had here in the States! The flavor is fantastic! The mozzarella sticks are incredibly delicious with a beer batter, especially when dipped in the ranch dressing. I can't wait to get home and try the spinach ravioli!"

"We have loved Chilli's for years but the food is not as good as it used to be. Classic nachos have changed, runny and undercooked. French fries were soggy and had an odd texture, as if they had been thawed and refrozen and then cooked. Finally I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with a slice of onion. It's a normal Midwest thing. Instead burger came back with overcooked bacon, and the burger was hard to chew. How does that happen? Service was great but food was poor and lacked that Chilli's traditionally zesty and well prepared flavor. It was our 49th wedding anniversary and we picked a bad venue."

"Located in Parkway Bank Park Entertainment District of Rosemont, Park Tavern is a modern casual restaurant; offering a vast choice of meals and drinks, this restaurant seemed to be quite busy at lunch hour. But I was seated fast in a spacious dining area indoors, with a large bar in the center of it. The menu offered a variety of all kinds of dishes (American, Mexican, Italian cuisines), and I could see, that customers were enjoying their meals and drinks. I could also see, that the portions on their plates were enormous. I asked a server, if they have smaller dishes, was told no, not really , and was offered as an option to order from the Kids menu, since everything else would be a large meal, I was explained by a polite, friendly and attentive lady server. I ordered Grilled Chicken with Caesar Salad. Briefly: the salad was excellent, a good part of the grilled chicken breast was charred to black color. Since the portion was quite large even for kids, I did enjoy the salad (and an edible part of the grilled chicken), reported to the server about the rest, couldn 't wait for another try of the kitchen to cook the meal all over again (as I was offered), finished my coffee, paid the bill, thanked the server for her service, and gave her a generous tip for caring about the situation."

"Our appetizers were enjoyable. I ordered a salmon burger while my wife had the grilled chicken. However, my salmon had an odd taste, as if it wasn't fully cooked. My wife's grilled chicken was just mediocre and overloaded with onions. The waiter was attentive and doing a great job. The food took longer to arrive than expected, which was puzzling since the restaurant wasn't busy, especially for Valentine's Day. "I dined in this evening with my family and it was my father’s birthday, and I have to say, the food, the atmosphere and the overall service and attentiveness to detail and orientation was beyond my expectation. Firstly I want to shout out the hostess I believe her name was River if I remember correctly. She was so very kind and sweet with explaining our wait and made great conversation with myself and my family. The service we had as I had said was phenomenal. Our server Justin was very, very good. He gave us a clear understanding on any and all of our questions regarding the menu and beyond that made our experience warm and comfortable and welcoming. What really drove me to write this review was the Manager Michael, it seemed as though he was facilitating almost everything. I saw him at the host stand helping seat other individuals, I saw him running food, and also speaking to all the customers. He came to our table and asked how everything was and we proceeded to tell him that it was absolutely fantastic. He then of course made my father’s birthday one to remember, crediting us a desert that was absolutely decadent. Whatever he is doing he is doing it right!! He was so very insightful and even my father wouldn’t stop talking about him even after we left!! He and the other staff made our visit immensely special. So for that I say Thank you!!! We will certainly be back soon."
