"I've eaten at Chili's for many years albeit at different locations. This evening was the first time at this particular location only because of shopping nearby and it was close to dinner time. The 3 stars is for the server who was awesome while being extremely busy. She took notice of my drink being almost finished while waiting for the food and brought me another without me asking. Bonus for that. The missing stars are because of the food. My child and I both ordered well done burgers. His was more done than pink unlike mine. Because I'm eating keto, I chose to use a fork and knife to cut into the burger itself without the bun. Good thing I didn't just bite into it. The only brown on my burger was the outside that shows. The inside looked like the ground beef package from the store or beef tartar. At this time the server was busy elsewhere but when she did come around, I just wanted to pay and leave. She was pleasant and offered another burger even if it was to go but I refused. If the kitchen didn't take the time to get it right the first time before it was brought to the table, I don't want anything else that comes from there. I understand them being busy and trying to get everyone their meals but time needs to be taken to make sure well done is well done a/k/a no pink whatsoever especially if a child is eating it. I'm sure glad I didn't go with chicken or shrimp. It's unfortunate that mistakes like this can cause a big name business to lose customers. If I wanted fast food we would have went to one of those. Just be careful and cut into the middle of your meat choice and check it before it reaches your mouth. Just saying..."

The food was served cold, but the waitress and the atmosphere were fantastic. My meal arrived quickly after placing the order, and the drinks were excellent. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5.

I really enjoyed Chili 's. The menu variations were different and didn 't consist of a theme .The food was quite flavorful and proportions were appropriate. Service was really nice with great servers and rapid responses.

Got a table right away. Floor at table was very dirty . You know the soda that was spilled and not cleaned up.Food was very sub par. I was also over charged. Extra soup added on and charged for soda, even though they were all pick 3 meals. Poor experience.

I absolutely love Chili's! The chips, guacamole, and salsa are incredibly tasty, and my friends enjoyed the cheese fries they ordered. I had the Old Timer burger with fries; it was a bit messy and greasy, but absolutely delicious. I can't recall exactly what my friends ordered, but they were happy with their meals as well. Two of them got the molten chocolate cakes, and they said they were fantastic!

We waited a decent amount of time until someone came to take our order for our drinks. We understand that it seemed like they were understaffed. We ordered our drinks and our food. Our appetizer came out along with our meal so it seemed a bit rushed. Also please look at your bills! I think they charged a $3 “table entertainment” fee. The fee wasn’t listed at the bottom of the bill, they throw it in the middle. Our computer thing was not working to play games on it if that’s where the charge is coming from. I usually don't post reviews however tonight's dinner had many areas of concern. The kiosk that is sitting on the table was filthy. The runner brought soft drinks to the table and sat them in the middle not saying which were regular and which were diet. The spoons that came out with the soup were dirty and had to be sent back. I told the waitress I had a to go order to place for when we were leaving and that order was brought to our table long before our dinner was served. I feel this was not our waitresses fault but management. I understand many businesses are short staffed but these employees need guidance or they will lose business.

On June 12, 2022 around 3:30-4:15 pm I was dinning with my 3 children and Husband . I got treated very poorly by a chilis manager of the name (Jessica Ropati). She was very unprofessional and disrespectful towards me raising her voice and causing a scene in a very full restaurant all because I took a sip of my husband’s margarita. I myself didn’t have my ID on me at the time so I couldn’t provide my age to her at the moment so I sat there quite and shaken up because I couldn’t believe what was happening! Mind you im 30 years old, so I was feeling very confused and shocked as to how she was handling the situation there was NO need for her to yank the margarita out of the table nearly spilling...
