While I can't recall her name, we visited on Saturday, August 20, 2022, at 11 a.m. I did encounter an issue with the card reader, which indicated it was "damaged," and I hope this feedback is helpful for management. What impressed me most about her service was her ability to anticipate our needs before we even had to ask. For instance, she refilled my Coke when it was only half full, as she did with everything else, which made our experience much smoother and more enjoyable."

Had not been to a Chili's in years. Glad I stopped in. They were not very busy and were quick and courteous. The menu has changed quite a bit. Had a small salad with some chicken tenders. The bartender made an excellent Mexican martini!

Always enjoy our time at Chili's! My wife's black bean queso burger was great I always love the black bean veggie fajitas! Our Grand Sunset margaritas were delish too! Contained Grand Manier, Lunazul Blanco Tequila, orange juice, fresh sour, Monin, Desert Pear, a fresh orange slice!

We ordered on doordash from here, our dasher waited a while, it was busy no big deal. we get our food, it's all tamped up so our dasher couldn't have tampered with it. Our order was missing the dessert and a salad. THEN we start eating, tell me why my big mouth bite had a bite taken out of it? Fish was overcooked as well and our queso had some mystery black thing in it.

I give it a 1 star because you can't give it no star. The service person for a pick up order was very rude and had a awful attitude. I waited 30 minutes for my order past the time she said it would be ready. The burger was cold and as hard as a hockey puck and the little hard nubs they call French Fries resembled tooth picks. Don't waste your money and time. This location needs a management change to clean up their poor staff and quality of food. YUCK. No stars.

The service was great, actually. I forgot her name but our waitress was super sweet and kept checking up on us and was courteous.. The only sad part is that we waited far longer than the average time on a Wednesday evening. I understand if they were short staffed or something similar. And when I got my food in particular (one of my sides were asparagus), the asparagus were thin as a stick. And one of our desserts had chocolate syrup on the side of the plate to dripping on the floor and table.
