"This place is amazing! Ordered the sampler appetizer which was a meal in itself and amazing to top it off. Fried pickles, fried mushrooms, and Joey peppers were on point. The house sauce has just enough spice to give it the perfect kick. For lunch we ordered a single patty hamburger and triple meat with fries and they were made to perfection. Friendly staff and extremely clean and looks very new inside. They only except cash or check but have an atm in the entry. Totally worth the hassle considering all of this was only $40 and you can easily spend that at Whataburger. Will definitely revisit. Great job! Parking: Covered parking next to the building or huge parking out back."

Very good. My only regret was not finding this until my last night. I wanted a Texas steak and I got one

Always great food and experience. Busy place, orders can sometimes take awhile to come out, but well worth waiting for.

The food was heavenly. Great atmosphere, amazing wait staff. It was a full house when we went, yet the service was still perfect. I can't believe we've never been before. We will be back!

great burger. children loved the chili Frito-Pie and the husband loved the chicken steak and mac n cheese. chocolate cake with ice cream was also delicious. the seat was fast, but there was a long wait for the meal, even after the lunch break on a weekday. View menu

Always delicious food and friendly staff. The team is more than happy to provide information about the area around the Temple. It's a family-owned restaurant that has been running for generations. Wheelchair accessibility: There are no automatic doors, but assistance is available to help you enter.

We initially planned to eat out, but we were glad we chose to dine in because one of our orders was missing an item. However, the staff quickly resolved the issue, and I had a wonderful experience overall. I highly recommend this restaurant, but try to avoid going on Fridays when it's very busy; if you do go, make sure to arrive early!

My husband I are Hispanic and it felt as if we were discriminated against. This happened the 1st time we went, since I worked in Temple we figured we would try it again. Well, we had the same experience but worse. So never again will give our hard earned to this establishment. Food was bland, never had our teas refilled, never gave me my complete order, food was not hot, barely warm and we had to get our own to go container. View menu

It was my first visit to Jody's, and I really appreciated the artwork and the charming appearance of the exterior. The parking lot was packed, which is always a good sign. This restaurant has that classic feel that brings back memories of my culinary adventures from my youth, something that's hard to find nowadays. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. I devoured my burger and hand-cut fries while enjoying the tunes from the vintage jukebox.
