"Overall, the experience was decent. The food was good, and I have no complaints in that regard. However, the service was quite slow, and the staff seemed to pay little attention to us, though it didn't detract too much from our meal. The biggest issue was that we were seated near a window at sunset, and it took an eternity for someone to come and close the shades, which left us feeling blinded and uncomfortable. Our server completely ignored us during this situation, which was quite frustrating. When I say ignored, I really mean it—despite flagging them down and making eye contact, they just turned away and didn't assist us. Thankfully, another server eventually took care of the issue."

This was my first time visiting Chili's, and I found the food to be good, with decent service. The prices were quite reasonable as well. However, there are better Tex-Mex options available in the city. Overall, I would give it a rating of 3 out of 5.

I visited about an hour before closing to have a drink at the bar. The bartender was skilled and friendly, but the manager seemed a bit too relaxed. The restaurant appeared to be understaffed, which made the servers quite busy and slowed down the service. However, the drinks were good, and the food was up to standard!

The server was quite rude and seemed indifferent when we mentioned it was my dad’s special day. While she acknowledged another table with a birthday celebration, we didn't receive any of the usual attention. We also requested drink refills multiple times—around three to four times—but never got them. We ended up only having one drink throughout our visit.
