"A few months ago, I tried their pizza, and it was small and overpriced. This time, I ordered what they advertise as an Italian hoagie, but they really need to learn what a true hoagie should be. The lunch meat was cut too thick and lacked any flavor, making the entire sandwich tasteless. They used seeded bread, but it must have been stored in plastic because it was soft and not crispy. Overall, it was an awful experience and way overpriced. I'll never return for anything. If you're looking for a genuinely good hoagie, head further south; there are plenty of excellent options. One standout is Ricci's on 11th near Wharton, or Sarcone's on 9th, where they make their own bread. J.J.'s Pizza on 9th and Wharton is also much cheaper. Trust me, further south is the place to go!"
