"The fries were lacking sauce, cheese, and seasoning. I did not receive any utensils to eat my garlic fries and there were no napkins provided to clean my hands after eating with my fingers. The corn dog was tasty, but the sharp skewer posed a hazard. It would be better to use popsicle sticks for safety. Overall, the restaurant could improve in some areas. Despite this, the customer service was good."

"The food was fantastic and offered generous portions for the price. However, I have to take away a star because we arrived 40 minutes before closing time and were reminded twice that they would be closing soon and needed us to hurry. The drinks took a long time to arrive, and the food came around the same time as well. If your closing time is 9, then please stay open until that time! If you're looking to clean up and leave early, consider closing at 8 instead."

"We went here on a Friday night and every employee at the counter was in a terrible mood. They said the wait would be 45 minutes, which we weren't too worried about as we got some salads and beers. The salad bar was not well kept at all, and they keep the ranch behind the count so random people don't try to take it all, which is understandable as well. I worked at a pizza joint all through highschool and college so I know at too well the tribulations of keeping up a salad bar as well as the dinner rushes. However, I counted about 10 employees behind the counter and didn't see a single person check it in our time there, which was well over an hour and a half. They forgot one of our pizzas, which we got a refund for. They forgot my sister 6 sides of ranch(who needs that many? A pregnant woman) that she paid for to take home with the leftovers so she had to also ask for those. I've gone here before the pandemic and it was perfectly fine, so I chalk it up to the massive employment issue that most places are dealing with. The pizza is always good so I'm not going to give less stars, but the environment of this place is not great right now."

"The cashier who took our order provided the worst customer service experience. Our food was delayed, and overall, the meal was unimpressive, except for one person: Jose Aceves. I initially came in with excitement despite the delay in food. When Jose saw me approaching, he immediately inquired about my situation. He took my order and ensured that everything was correct. Employees like him are the kind that can truly save a restaurant and encourage customers to return with their excellent service. "My friend grew up in Fresno and took me to this pizza Parlor. They had a large selection of beers on tap had to be atleast 20+ I noticed they had card games available for customers to borrow if you arrive in a large group you can play with friends and crayons for the little ones there were also 3 crane games for those ready to test there luck. On the drive home I noticed I had forgotten my phone the last place I had it was the pizza shop an hour ago. My friend called the pizza place and the staff told him they had it I was shocked with the negative talk about Fresno that my phone would be found by staff and held safely for over 2 hours. The staff is friendly and honest the atmosphere is fun and relaxing an excellent experience even despite my lack of attention the staff were able to secure my forgotten phone and save me from the hassle of trying to replace it if they hadn't noticed it. Great pizza and selection of craft beers."

"I typically order delivery from this restaurant, and I'm always pleased with the pizza and potato wedges! Today, I decided to stop by for lunch, and I was pleasantly surprised to discover that you can actually dine in. The staff was incredibly friendly and guided me through the menu, highlighting their lunch options. I ordered a small pizza and a soda. The space is roomy, offering the choice of tables or booths, and there are TVs on the walls for entertainment. When my pizza arrived, it was piping hot and utterly delicious. The Diet Pepsi was also refreshing! Overall, I would give this place an A+. I can't wait to bring my boys here, as I'm sure they'll love Me n Ed's. I took a picture, but I'm not sure how to upload it to this post, so you'll have to come and see for yourself. I guarantee it's 100% good and satisfying!"

"My friend and I recently went on a little date to this restaurant. We ordered a small pizza, some delicious garlic bread, and two drinks. Everything was fantastic. The pizza was fresh, with high-quality ingredients, and tasted amazing. My friend especially enjoyed the garlic cheese bread. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The only tiny detail I would mention, which isn't even a complaint, is that the breadsticks were served on a paperboard, which didn't look very professional in my opinion. "I don't think I need to say much about their ranch dressing—it's simply the best, no question, just like all the Me-n-Ed's locations. "The pizza was good for a year or two back when the toppings where packed high and the crust was delicious but now it has gone down hill and that is an understatement! The price was well worth it back then but now save your money. IDK what happened but last 3 visits were terrible. "I placed an online order at 12:15 PM for scheduled delivery later that evening in Shaw/Sanora. My pizza was supposed to be delivered at 5:45 PM, but it was 55 minutes late. When I called the restaurant, the manager told me the driver was late due to rain, but at that point, it was already 30 minutes past the delivery time. The manager hung up on me after I questioned the delay. The food finally arrived, but it was not warm, and the driver could only take it back. Overall, the service at this location was horrible. It's disappointing that they couldn't prioritize and fulfill online orders on time, especially with 5 hours' notice."

"On 6/16/2022, I called to place an order for a large pepperoni pizza at 8:50pm. I worked at Mountain Mikes Pizza for 4 years, and every single time someone called close to closing time, we always took their order, as long as it was take-out?even if it was 8:59. I live 5 minutes away and could have been there before they closed, but the girl that answered the phone told me I couldn?t place an order and that they were already closed. I said that they were open for 10 more minutes, but she said ?I?m just following orders, sorry.? She then hung up on me and didn?t even give me an opportunity to ask for her name or the manager. Me n Ed?s, what the hell, if you close at 8:50, then change the hours on Google to the correct time. If it?s the correct time, then that girl should be fired bc she?s bad for your business. I?ll be driving all the way across town from now on, to go to a different Me n Ed?s."

"Tonight was the first time at this location and it was the WORST experience ever!! I came with a group of people three separate orders and they messed up each order! They forgot my wings to my order then they went and put them in the fryer after about 20 minutes I went back to the counter and they “Forgot” to turn the air fryer on? Who does that! When my wings where done the guy tossed them in little to no bbq sauce in a aluminum pan when I asked for more bbq sauce the girl behind him seemed to be upset because I asked for me bbq sauce , I mean I did pay for them right? I ordered a special of two medium pizzas with cheese bread and the bread was literally stuck to the pan. And what took the cake was, there was kids playing inside with a ball hitting the people at my table and no one said anything instead they where back there all talking and having a good ol time. The only person who seemed to be doing his job tonight was the cashier he seemed to be the only one working while everyone else just stood around and chatted. Never again will we be back. Horrible service."

"2nd time received old items from this particular location. Placed order early afternoon assuming pizza/calzone would be freshly baked..Wrong! Cut into calzone took a sauce covered bite, ok maybe the sauce was spoiled.. Nope! Opened up calzone and was hit with a strong spoiled, sour, and rancid odor. It?s as if that?s where the leftover toppings went to die..stuffed in that dough lol Calzone contained almost a whole can of olives, large randomly chopped chunks of canned mushrooms, and purple onions. Pepperoni had not been separated it still remained in layers not to mention little pools of smelly oil were collected here and there. As for the pizzas 1 was old almost petrified and had the twice or thrice , who knows how many times rebaked look and the poor attempt to conceal the evidence of being previously baked/old ,what gave it away was all the raw cornmeal thrown in the box . Dark/ burnt crusted cornmeal mixed with bright yellow raw cornmeal..probably coulda made a couple of muffins out of it. What prompted me to check out everything was when my grandson served himself 2 slices took on bite , then says ?Grandma, this place must collect Unfinished and or old pizzas and then recycle them/ re sell them? then went make a sandwich..Upon taking a closer look , noticed pizza boxes were Swollen/ old..tasted a slice .. horrible ..I?m disappointed in Me Ed?s they were once a family fave..What I ve noticed is since contactless delivery quality has nose dived. Delivery persons don?t need to face anyone most orders placed online =no live contact Most orders delivered via 3rd party platform= no direct contact with business/location food was purchased No direct contact with delivery platform.. And the having to jump through many hoops seeking resolution disenchants and or discourages some from taking action.. there?s no accountability. It?s ok I spent $40 on 2 old pizzas and a rancid calzone. I Absolutely do not recommend this particular location."
