"Tonight was the first time at this location and it was the WORST experience ever!! I came with a group of people three separate orders and they messed up each order! They forgot my wings to my order then they went and put them in the fryer after about 20 minutes I went back to the counter and they “Forgot” to turn the air fryer on? Who does that! When my wings where done the guy tossed them in little to no bbq sauce in a aluminum pan when I asked for more bbq sauce the girl behind him seemed to be upset because I asked for me bbq sauce , I mean I did pay for them right? I ordered a special of two medium pizzas with cheese bread and the bread was literally stuck to the pan. And what took the cake was, there was kids playing inside with a ball hitting the people at my table and no one said anything instead they where back there all talking and having a good ol time. The only person who seemed to be doing his job tonight was the cashier he seemed to be the only one working while everyone else just stood around and chatted. Never again will we be back. Horrible service."

the pizza and the service are always great. but the lobby is always broken. only eight dirty tables counted and not one was cleaned during the hour we ordered and ate. we had to clean our table to sit?

My personal experience was terrible. I?ve been to many other locations and had great service. But the bread at this location was doughy and the pizza crust was so toasted . I honestly can?t say anything good about their service. I?m really sorry.

I always enjoy the delicious pizzas from this restaurant. My order arrived quickly and was still hot. The delivery driver was friendly and made sure I was the correct recipient before handing me the pizza. The interaction was brief but pleasant. The young lady was very courteous and thanked me for choosing their restaurant. It's refreshing to experience good customer service like this in today's world.
