"We chose Bistro Soleil for our 30 th Anniversary dinner. We enjoyed Charla's (our waitress) history and knowledge of the restaurant with stories of ghosts and books flying off shelves . She gave us an adventure from the past bringing us to owner's Denis and Lisa Meurgue. She had a marvelous way to explain all of the menu items making your mouth water. We enjoyed the piano player who had quite a following of locals who sang . Wonderful entertainment. We started with Red wine ,then a Crab Cake appetizer, Mushroom soup, French Onion soup, fresh salad with homemade dressing. The Sea Bass was my husband's favorite, creamy, light, with unique flavor, the best he ever had. I agree because I tasted it too. The Bacon Wrapped Filet was delicious, with Potatoe wedges, carrots and green beens.. Saving room for Chocolate Fondant Cake and Creme Brulee was a beautiful ending to a memorable night.
