"I rate this place 3 stars for the taste, I always come here for their frozen hot chocolate. However, today I have to say the customer service left much to be desired. Three younger folks on staff, 1 boy and 2 girls. The girl who helped me was very polite and attentive. Can’t say the same for the girl with tan skin and long curly black hair (not going to bring race into this, you will see why). This tan girl kept looking out the windows, looking for someone (I knew cuz she was also talking about it). It was very distracting. She also began to quote a racist TikTok video against white people (Asian lady who pronounces “white” like she is spitting out phlegm). I don’t know if she was joking with her co-worker or just thinking out loud…but it made me extremely uncomfortable. Don’t care if you’re joking about that sort of thing, keep it to yourself or outside of work. Don’t know if I will be back if the employees think it’s okay to disrespect certain ethnicities, doesn’t matter what skin color."

"Better than the movie. This pizza is bad. I and the family were in town last weekend for a meeting of old people and we tried this little mom and pop place. Sure. In the first night we only got ice cream, there was no biggie ice cream, but next night the Greek salad and the pizza were super good. Crust was perfect NY style and the cheese and the beats fell in our mouth with ease. The sauce on the cake was a bit sweeter, then normal and the garlic could be a bit much for some, but for my bride, who know long time hockey foodie fans, is out of Buffalo, the cake was just like in West NY. (True Pizza fans know that Buffalo Pizza is much better than NYC Pizza. Anyway, stop, you'll be glad you did it."

"Not busy at all when we arrived, but while we were ordering, people started to walk in it got busy. Pricing is very very cheap for the quality of food you get, but apparently they are trying to keep it at that price, since they 've been in business. The cashier was very friendly happy to answer any questions we had regarding the menu. They only serve burgers, so if you are looking for a chicken vegy meal, this is not the place for you, unless all you want is fries. They offer tartar sauce for dipping your fries. Not the whole fish chips tartar sauce, it 's a nice flavor of mayo relish kinda dip. A ton of parking there 's not sitting unless you 're eating in your car. This is a burger joint to visit if you 're in Seattle. A must try"

"I absolutely love your restaurant! The quality, quantity, hospitality, and overall atmosphere are far better than places like Cold Stone or Friendly's. The only reason I'm not giving a full 5-star rating is that I noticed the staff doesn't wear the provided gloves while handling the waffle cones or serving the ice cream."

"Have eaten a short bite while it wasn't too busy. Ordered 3 burgers and 3 pommes for the family and it wasn't what everyone made it to be. Fries were very oily, underboiled and soggy (and yes I understand that it is fast food). The burger was okay. I asked for ketchup from the girl in the register and she was extremely rude and stingy. She gave only a small ketchup container, so I asked for more and she went back to give only one and went away. Terrible first experience here and no employee should have a job with this attitude. While I was eating, I also noticed that another person was not happy at all with his order and went to complain to the window. He also filmed the interaction with the employees. Can't recommend this place to everyone after a bad experience...."

"A seattle classic, Dick's drive in has been around since my grandfather was barely a toddler. The burgers are crispy and delicious, the prices are swell and the milkshakes are the perfect size. Many fast food restaurants over complicate the menus, but dicks sticks to the classics and that's why they've been able to perfect them. Highly recommend after an evening out at one of Ballard's fantastic micro breweries, or on your lunch break. 5 stars from me, generic non corporate seattle female!"

"This restaurant is extremely crowded and the ambiance is filled with ice and coffee paraphernalia from the 60s and 70s, along with Beatles memorabilia that is not for sale. The ice vats are haphazardly thrown into the overfilled cooler. The place appears and feels dirty, which made me hesitant to let my friends purchase anything while we were there. When my vision-impaired friend asked about the available flavors, the owner simply pointed to a list without verbally explaining them, lacking proper customer service etiquette. The operating hours listed on Google were incorrect, and the hours posted on the door were merely suggestions, causing us to wait 20 minutes after they were supposed to open before ultimately leaving. We returned after eating elsewhere only to admire the psychedelic light show and Beatles collection, but I would not recommend this place for its service or food."

"My friend who grew up in Seattle gushed about this place so I had to stop. The burger was good, fries were great, and so were the prices! Sure it's not the best burger you're ever going to have but it is a solid burger and probably one of the best you're going to have at that price. Can't remember the last time I had a good burger and fries for only six bucks. So it's a good, cheap, fast, no frills place and I can see how this is a staple amongst the locals."

"If you didn't know about this place, you might think it's closed. They have shorter hours than most donut shops, especially compared to other All Stars Donuts locations downtown. It's surprising that they are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Despite this, they have managed to stay open, unlike many other businesses that struggled during the COVID-19 pandemic. I'm glad to have them nearby, without any other competition in the area."
