"I want to start by saying that the food was absolutely delicious, which is why I chose this place to get breakfast for my family today. However, when I arrived to pick up my order, I noticed that the cinnamon roll I had requested was missing. I informed Aaron, the manager, who told me it would be a five-minute wait. Unfortunately, that five minutes turned into thirty. What really bothered me, though, was a comment made by one of the waitresses regarding Mexicans, implying that they take the tip money. As a Mexican American, I found this quite inappropriate; such conversations should happen privately, not in front of customers. Because of this experience, I don't think I will be returning, which is unfortunate since the food is really good."
