"We never have any problems out of this restaurant. Food is always good. Service is always good. We ate in on Monday. 8/19. They double charged my card. I called and asked them about it and they said give it 12 hours and if it’s not resolved call back and speak to the general manager. So the next day I called to speak to the general manager and was then told oh it could take 48 to 72 hours if it’s not back by Friday call us and let us know I call back today. They’re telling me well if it’s not Monday call us and let us know. they are not offering to do anything to fix the situation. They just keep telling me to call back. $50 is a lot of money to just be wasted. We will not be back again due to this experience and I will let others know not to use a card there or to avoid it."

The reviews are true! We were skeptical but very pleasantly surprised. The food is delicious. The mashed potatoes are made from scratch. My wife said It tastes like I 'm in moms kitchen The place is clean, and the servers are friendly. Alaina was absolutely great.

The resturant has a very homey look on the inside and gives the opportunity for kids and adults to have a well rounded meal but also had things like chicken tenders, and French fries. I hope yall enjoy Austin's as much as I do because this place has delicious food and great service.
