"I felt the service was awful, due to the rudeness of the waiter. I was with a group of about twenty, ten of which were children. He spoke loudly to the children as well as to the adults. I know without a doubt that neither I nor any of the group will return to this establishment. I don 't recall his name; however he kept mentioning how long he had work there. It was thirty-five to forty years of service. One example of his rude behavior was that the manager asked that some of our group sit at the bar and he stated loudly ;I don 't care what the manager said you need to sit where I told you to sit ;. She became so upset at his behavior she left the restaurant and went outside until the group finished their meal. There are other examples that I could tell you about, however I don 't want to spend that much time typing. I hope something is seriously done about his behavior or not only will they lose twenty customers but it will be more than that. Signed a concerned customer."

"I recently visited Grill House and was quite disappointed. For the amount I paid, I expected a clean environment, but the outdoor seating area was dirty and had food scattered everywhere. If I'm spending good money, cleanliness should be a priority. Additionally, the bartender at the outside bar spent most of the time flirting instead of attending to customers. It was really disappointing. To top it off, they couldn't even get my order correct, and when I brought it to their attention, the response was dismissive. It felt like a real lack of work ethic. Overall, not the experience I was hoping for."
