"Y'all. Just don't eat here. 8 months ago they delivered food that had been made 6 hours before. 6. Hours. They actually brought us soggy boxes that the sticker showed the time of prep was 6 hours before. I had ordered online the night before for the following evening, so I guess they wanted to save time by risking food poisoning for food that sat out on the counter half the day.They gave us a gift card for that, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and finally tried them again. Then last night, they topped themselves by missing 18 of 25 items we ordered. One set of 12 wings completely missing, zero celery or carrot sets, zero side sauces and not a single one of the extra sauces we ordered. Our son got plain wings so he could try the different sauces we ordered, so he ended up with plain wings with nothing to use on them, and this was supposed to be a special treat for him. I got no wings at all. My husbands wings were ok. They were nice enough to send us someone else's order of mango habanero wings but that sauce is so hot it can trim your nose hairs just by smelling it, so that was a no go for anyone in my family. We ordered 2 orders of onion rings and one was perfectly fine, but the other looked like half a batch from the bottom of the basket, burnt and very sparse. We paid almost $100 for this order and when we called the store manager they blamed the delivery driver, being short staffed and did pretty much everything BUT take responsibility before finally hanging up on me. Refused to send someone with the missing food. Offered a gift card? But that did nothing to remedy the situation. Seriously, don't bother with this place. Read other reviews, too. They have had similar issues. We contacted corporate and they offered apologies and a refund, and said they will be investigating the complaints against this store. Better, but it still didn't fix the dinner situation. Just save yourself the hassle and headache and hungry tummies and find a better wing place."

"I observed the preparation of four burgers while at the drive-thru. Eventually, I asked another young lady where my burger was, and she offered me fresh fries. I told her I didn’t want fresh fries; I just needed my burger heated so I could enjoy my lunch with my husband before he finished eating. I mentioned it would only take 7 seconds to microwave a burger, but where was mine? After about two minutes, my cheeseburger finally came back. I bit into it and was disappointed—the quality of the meat was terrible, and there were no onions after all that hassle! I requested a refund, but the young lady seemed uninterested as I tried to explain the issue. The so-called manager came out but didn’t engage with me at all. I told him the burger wasn’t made correctly, yet the young lady just kept saying, "no problem." The manager stood there staring at me as if I were from another planet, without asking any questions or saying a word. I’ve made the decision never to return to another Hardee’s. There was hardly anyone else waiting for their food, just us and a couple of other cars in line. The service was atrocious. One young man with dark hair, who wasn’t the one who handed me my burger but was rather delivering food to tables, was quite pleasant; kudos to him. I suggested to the manager that the young man preparing the burgers needed some direction, but again, she remained silent. I was starving! The coupons advertised a double cheeseburger, but it turned out that meant no lettuce or tomatoes on the sandwich. Very disappointing. There’s a clear need for better training in several areas. Overall assessment: food 1 (it’s like Burger King but worse), staff 7, manager 1."

"1. Ordered through BWW online portal for pick up2. Ordered: the items below in the picture3. Called after placing order to request extra crispy on wings4. My husband arrives for pick up and the young lady notifies him they don't have the Mac n cheese because they are out of it5. I called and spoke to the young lady and requested a full refund and felt that I should keep the wings as a compensation to which she agreed6. I asked for a receipt as proof of refund and when my husband arrives home I saw that that they refunded us partially7. I called to speak to the manager Keke and she said that because I took the wings she couldn't fully refund us8. I disagreed, number they failed to notify me when I called in to request the crispy wings and secondly they could have called to notify us. I would have understood and made other arrangements. But she refused to compensate us in any manner.9. They refunded me the cost of the food, but failed to refund the complete amount with taxes.10. Terrible customer service on the managers behalf. 12.99 of a compensation is not too much to ask for. When they had plenty of opportunities to notify me that they were out.11. I am not upset that they ran out of food. I totally understand. I just feel that it wasn't handled correctly. The moment I called to make changes would have been the perfect opportunity for me to be notified.12. This experience has really put a bad taste in my mouth. After many years of eating there. I just don't feel like ever going back to that location anymore.13. To top it off, they never gave me the veggies and ranch sauce.Bad experience all around."
