"I recently experienced some of the best customer service I've encountered in a fast-food restaurant in quite a while. Even the cook came out to check if everything was satisfactory. I've been to many full-service restaurants where the staff seem to expect tips as a given, yet here, in a place where tipping isn't as common, the service was outstanding. To the manager of this establishment, I want to commend you on what seems to be a well-run operation based on my visit."

"The service here is incredibly friendly, and the food is always fresh. However, be cautious about the limited parking and drive-thru space—it's quite small, making it challenging if you're in an SUV or truck. When they pull a car forward, you might end up blocking the drive-thru and parking exit, so be mindful not to bump into the vehicle ahead of you."

"The service is terrible. My wife was running late Thursday night and decided Hardee's was easier than going home to cook. They tried to talk her out of the chicken dinner because it was getting close to 8:00pm and didn't want to make more I assume because they explained it was going to have to be breaded and then cooked and was going to be 20 to 25 min and when she told them she would wait they rolled their eyes at her. If they don't like their job, they should find a new one. Don't feel bad the other fast food place in town treat the patrons in the same way. The same scenario happened to me at the Hardee's about 2 years ago. I just think for the amount of money in today's economy the service to your customers would be first and top notch."

"I recently dined at Zelt in Bridgeport, MI, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The service was poor, and the food did not meet my expectations at all. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. If I could give it zero stars, I would, but it seems they require a minimum selection for posting a review."

"I was sitting in the drive-thru at 7:44 pm waiting for someone to take our order for my husband and me. A lady came out the door and told us they were closed, even though their closing time was supposed to be at 8 pm. The whole crew was still inside as well."

"The staff at this restaurant were extremely pleasant and attentive. They did accidentally swap our order of fries for onion rings, but it didn't really bother us too much—after all, we've encountered much worse mistakes at Hardee's in the past. Moreover, the friendly demeanor of the staff more than made up for it. If you travel as frequently as we do, you'll realize that finding friendly service isn't as common as it should be, and that's understandable. Nevertheless, having a welcoming atmosphere makes a significant difference during a road trip."
