"This was a very, very nice hotel. Clean, spacious and very well decorated.. having said that there were a few less than ideal things :The layout was rather confusing at first, so if you are attending a conference here like I was, the layout can take some getting used to. Also, the credit card machines at the bar went out as well as the hotel wifi (affected the entire Kansas City area) so not much to be done there , I'm just stating facts. Lastly, there was no gift shop or anything to buy Ibrpofin or Tylenol. So I had to walk a ways to get to a store for those items. Four stars out of five"
