"I recently submitted feedback asking for the veggie beef soup to be added to the app, and it was, along with the Soup Salad combo, which I appreciate. Although it’s labeled as a limited-time offer, I hope that’s not the case, as I enjoy having healthy options. We also enjoyed the chicken strips, which made a great addition to our salads. The green beans are always delicious!
While my order was perfect, I believe there’s always room for improvement. For my drinks, I’d prefer no ice or light ice. I’d also like to request extra crispy fries and to have lemons and limes, as well as pickle onion bags, included in the extras section so I can add them to my orders. I consistently request lemons and limes on all my orders across different locations but have only received them once. If they could be listed as individual items, that might increase the chances of getting them. I really like having lots of lemon or lime with my tea, chicken strips, and salad; it would be nice to choose how many bags I get, similar to ketchup.
I've also had issues with not receiving pickle onion bags with my sandwiches, so I’d appreciate being able to add those to my order, including just some extra pickles as a sample in a bag. Thank you for considering my feedback, and thank you again for the wonderful service and pumpkin pie!"
