"I’ve frequented this bakery since their East Urbana days! Their cakes and treats are fantastic—especially the fruit tart. Unfortunately, there’s one staff member with a less-than-friendly demeanor. He comes across as rude and lacks good customer service. On the bright side, another employee was exceptionally kind. Despite the mixed experience, I’ll keep coming back for the cakes. If the unfriendly staff member doesn’t improve, though, I might reconsider."
