"This was the worst food experience I've ever had. I spent $45 on a meal that ended up in the trash with no chance of a refund. The chicken was so overcooked it was nearly inedible, the fries were ice cold, and the "steak" on my sandwich was just dry steak-ums. To top it all off, the "Cajun ranch" was simply hot Cajun spiced butter sitting in a cup with ranch, completely uncombined. I truly hope no one else has to go through what I did. I highly advise against ordering from here."

"I have visited this restaurant many times and have always enjoyed their excellent wings and other menu items. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing during my most recent visit. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak, but there were more onions than meat on the sandwich despite requesting no onions. Additionally, there was an excessive amount of salt or seasoning on the sandwich, which was unacceptable. Not only was the food subpar, but the restaurant could also use a thorough cleaning. I will not be returning to this location and will find another BSB's to dine at in the future."

I'm a fat guy I know about eating and this place knows how I ask. tonight I order a pizza and a hoagie they call a soldier. the pizza was great tons of toppings beautiful and crispy melt in their mouth. the soldier was of the chain with meat loaded large taste one of the best hoagies in pittsburgh."

"I've eaten here several times since they have opened this location. The burgers have always been really good and there's a decent variety of them. The wings come in many combinations of sauces and seasoning but are usually drowning in the sauce. The salads are not worth getting. The greens are usually very warm and wilted on the chicken salads like they tossed the hot chicken on then immediately closed the lid steaming the vegetables.The service has been terrible. I have waited 20 minutes past the pickup time for my food. It has never once been done when it was supposed to be. It's so bad that we no longer get food from here."
