"I've eaten here several times since they have opened this location. The burgers have always been really good and there's a decent variety of them. The wings come in many combinations of sauces and seasoning but are usually drowning in the sauce. The salads are not worth getting. The greens are usually very warm and wilted on the chicken salads like they tossed the hot chicken on then immediately closed the lid steaming the vegetables.The service has been terrible. I have waited 20 minutes past the pickup time for my food. It has never once been done when it was supposed to be. It's so bad that we no longer get food from here."

Wings were okay but I was charged 10$ more for my order then advertised and when I asked why I was told “my boss dosnt control the advertising price” so I can’t recommend a place I can’t trust.

As it turns out BSB doesn't just have amazing wings their other food is too. Ordered the hot sausage and wasn't disappointed! The fries seem to be handcut so now I have another place here I can order from to get those.

I'm in the way not to complain, but the price increase is ridiculous, especially 32 dollars for 8 pieces boneless wings and 13 bones in wings to pay. that is the second time that I have wings that are completely over cooked and too hard to eat. will not be back. they don't waste their money at this place. This restaurant is usually one of the best. In the last month and a half I have ordered from there twice. The first time my family and I got extremely sick for two days. Tonight I ordered more with a bed of fries. My fries were completely black butsoggy. When requesting a refund for just the order of fries I was denied a refund. I'm hoping this time we don't all end upsick. By the look and texture of the fries I would have to say the grease needs changed. I don't think I will be ordering fromthere again.
