"I Doordash and it’s very frustrating when I show up at 830 at night and try to go into the lobby and the doors are locked! So therefore I have to sit in the line with 10 cars deep waiting to get to the window to get my customers order!Jack in the Box, you need to do better for your fellow food delivery! Even when I tried to call the store NO ONE answers the phone!As a dasher or other food delivery person, we should not have to wait to get this food! Time is money for us! Then the food may not even be warm by the time we get it.This is very bad! The lobby should be opened if yours hours say as such and or a delivery driver should be able to call and have the food brought out, or better yet, leave the lobby open for your food delivery personnel! Get it together."

"Can't give a valid review other than poor customer service. Two different individuals a male and a female both stated their computer was doing it's nightly reset and would be down for a half hour to an hour and refused to take any orders. Working inthis industry during midnight shifts I understand this does happen but it doesn't take more than 15 minutes to reset and allstores I've ever worked at we still took the orders by writing them diwn making it and if the customer has to wait more than 10mins we would comp them their meal. This store just seems to be lazy."

"Food was typical fast food from Jack in the Box. The staff were a little rude and acted as though they were doing us a favor. Ordered the same thing I have gotten in the past, four (4) tacos and two (2) large curly fries. This time it looked as though they dropped the fries a little harder than usual because three (3) of the tacos were broken pretty badly. Could not eat them until we got home. I've been eating at Jacks since about 1971 or 1972 and never had food destroyed like that. Not satisfied at all."

Curly fries: not better than waffle imo, but I like playing with my food so curly curly fries boing boing. They like to release random new food ideas: sauce loaded fries, chili fries, loaded mini tacos, big mini taco box, popcorn chicken box, loaded nuggets, quad stack burger, and more. Favorite meal: Stacked grilled cheese munchie meal (when the cheese is melted) Normal order: chicken and tater melt sandwhich+stacked grilled cheese meal+onion rings. Switch up order1: Buttery Jack meal Switch2: 20 tacos Switch 3: special going on Switch4: chicken nugs curly fries and a drink What will I order after getting hungry ? Bacon buttery Jack meal+2 tacos+ onion rings+chicken nuggggssss Ahem I eat a lot Im happy the price makes sense for quality. (Killer burger for burgers, Jack for overall, McDonalds for international friends/kids, Wendys for a frosty lol, I like Burger King fries and think the rest of their food is meh, carls junior best value for good burgers(try the one in forest grove it just opened so they care enough to make it right the ones in Hillsboro make me sad) My favorite burger all time: Fat Albert from flashback in Newport oregon."

"I visited Jack in the Box on Washburn Avenue in Klamath Falls at 9:15 AM. I ordered a supreme croissant primarily for the bacon, but received a sausage patty instead. Despite the mix-up, I decided to eat it anyway. Halfway through, I found a long blonde hair in my food, which was not mine. I attempted to call the restaurant 16 times, but no one ever answered the phone."

"Love Love Love Love Love The Double Babe Cheesy Jack! (was just $5.49 for a combo! Was not sure what to expect, but man was good! I would have got two tacos, for some reason I love the tacos. We ordered and got our food with 5 cars in front of us. I would recommend it to everyone! Workers could use some customer service training, but his fast food I never expect a lot of their workers the bar is quite low haha!"

"I always enjoy getting the folded tacos from this place! The service was incredibly fast, my order was spot on, and everyone in the drive-thru was wearing masks. It looks like they've recently updated the menu boards—they look really nice! I couldn’t wait to dig in, so I parked right there. I ordered a small Dr. Pepper, small curly fries, one order of tacos, and a generous amount of taco sauce. I highly recommend their drive-thru!"

"Blech.Only thing that got me back in here after a 5 year absence was a coupon for a free Curly fry with purchase that I got from a Winterhawks game. The place is as sketchy and depressing as you 'd expect. Not sure that I can say I felt safe. The Curly fry was the best part because they gave me a completely different burger than I ordered, which was bland and technically qualifies as food . Maybe see ya in another 5 years. Maybe not."

"I enjoy Jack in the Box, but placing the hot food in a plastic bag made it soggy and unappealing. I would prefer if they used a paper bag instead, as it would prevent the steam from sogging up the food. The sandwiches were decent, and the big breakfast was good, but the hash browns were mushy. If you're using a delivery service and planning to order a lot of food, make sure they don't pack it in a plastic bag to avoid wet food."

"I typically do not like to complain, but I must say that my recent experience at this restaurant was completely unacceptable. My father and I arrived around 11:25 am on Saturday, May 18th, and received no service whatsoever, aside from the fryer girl and drive-through girl who just stared at us. The fryer girl seemed uncomfortable and eventually went to the office to use her personal phone. After waiting for at least 5 minutes, we decided to leave. This restaurant has always had poor service and it does not seem to be improving. The fryer and drive-through employees need to be retrained in customer service, or find other jobs where their negative attitudes will not be a problem."

"To be honest, my experience was extremely uncomfortable. The manager is horrible, so is the staff !! extremely rude they gave me my order incorrectly after waiting in the drive-through for more than 20 minutes, and there was not a long line at all.There was only three cars behind me. Also, it seemed like they were on organized and everybody was running around like headlesschikens. As for the context of the situation, I asked them to give me my order correctly twice after they had giving it to meincorrectly not only was I waiting in the drive-through for more than 20 minutes, but I was given my order incorrectly twice.When I demanded my order to be given to me correctly they went ahead call the manager, and the manager started yelling at mesaying that he was not gonna give me my food that he was going to give me my money back, and I did not pay cash I paid card. Hedid ultimately refused to give me my food did not give me a receipt for my order and gave me $15 cash. I?m very disappointed,it is not the first incident that has happened in this location. There has been a handful of them, but this by far the mostuncomfortable service I have had. I will tell all my friends and family and everybody. I know to avoid that location at allcosts. It is not worth going there to get your food even if you?re on your lunch break. Horrible !! I will never go to a jack inthe box !"

"Yesterday, on 10/15/22, I used the drive-thru and ended up waiting 30 minutes before anyone even took my order. After placing my order, I had to wait a few minutes at the window to receive my food. When I finally got my meal, I pulled out the large curly fries and noticed some black specks on them. This wasn’t seasoning; it seemed to come from cooking in dirty oil. I also ordered two jumbo tacos and four regular tacos, but when I touched them, they didn’t feel hot at all. I decided to go back for a refund and to inform the staff about the issue with my food, but their response was that they clean the fryer every day and that all the fries look like that. This place is awful—don’t waste your money on food that’s served cold. They really need to clean their fryer at Jack in the Box."

"Everything was absolutely perfect! The service was exceptional, the rolls were fresh, and the patties were delicious. This place really surprised me. I can't remember the last time I had food that tasted so fresh, and our order was prepared quickly. The guy working the drive-thru that night was incredible—he deserves a promotion to manager! He was all smiles, polite, and made sure we had everything we needed, even wishing us a blessed evening. This was an experience that every fast food restaurant should strive for. Hats off to my friend who suggested we stop here. If we find ourselves in this area again, you can bet we’ll be back, and next time, we’ll dine in! "they didnt have the 2 pineapple shakes or the tiny tacos, those 3 items alone were 15 dollars I got shorted and they didnt replace the tiny tacos with the green chili bacon burger that was requested from the driver"
