"When ever I come here during the day or evening it’s always great. The manager has always fixed any issues I may have had. However when I go late at night or early morning before 5 am the ladies working don’t seem to care about customer service or being friendly. I once ordered and they lost the order in their system. After asking and showing my receipt the lady literally just shut the window in my face. I don’t recommend going late night."

The quality of the food was excellent, as always. I wish I could give 4.5 stars instead of just 4. The only reason for not giving a full 5 stars is that I ordered two 10-piece mini Cinnis but only received one. I used to always get complete orders, but recently I’ve had to check for missing items more often.

Look i like to eat jack in the box, and I live right down the street from this store. EVERY time I get my order, SOMETHING IS ALWAYS MISSING. And it's the same girl at the window (Mexican girl) I've wasted to much money trusting you guys by just driving home after I get my meal.
