"We arrived at 7:45 PM for our reservation for a party of 18 at 8 PM. Unfortunately, we weren’t seated until 8:15 PM, and our drink orders weren’t taken until 8:30 PM. While heading to the restroom at 8:45 PM, I noticed three waitstaff who had taken our drink orders hanging around the register, and we still hadn’t received our beverages. I requested that they expedite taking our food orders since some of us had over an hour’s drive home and needed to work in the morning. Finally, at 9:03 PM, our food orders were taken, and the chef came out at 9:25 PM. The food was tasty, though a bit heavy on the teriyaki soy sauce. The chef was entertaining while cooking. Unfortunately, we didn’t get home until after 11 PM. I hope management reads this feedback and takes steps to improve the staff's time management."
