"I wish I took pictures but this was my first time eating here. My partner usually orders from them but has never been in person, so we went for our anniversary. It’s a small cozy restaurant. Everyone there, staff and customers, were very nice. The price for the food and quality? Holy. You will definitely be seeing me here again. We looked at our bill thinking it’ll probably be over $60 but it was $46. It included a beer, soda, deluxe sushi plate, miso soup, and an extra order of sushi. I would definitely recommend coming here, at least once. I had a very good experience and would like to thank the employees there for their hospitality and food."

Ginbu is always fresh and consistently delicious! The sushi, shrimp lettuce wraps and miso soup are favorites. They are friendly, clean and service is great. When calling in an order, they are on point and never leave out anything.

Was looking for a place to eat that had both sushi and non-sushi seafood options and came upon Ginbu. The service was impeccable and the food was so good we eneded up ordering more to take home with us. Will definitely be going there again soon! Thank you for a lovely first experience.

I frequently visit this restaurant for lunch with my family. The staff is wonderful, and the food is absolutely delicious. They serve sushi, Chinese cuisine, and ramen, and they excel at all of them. The menu is also updated regularly with new items. It's a fantastic place, and I highly recommend it!

I truly appreciate the efficient and friendly customer service, the amazing food, and the overall satisfaction of dining here. I used to order from this place regularly when I lived in Charlotte. I came here alone today, and everyone was warm and welcoming right from the start. My tea and elk were served quickly, and the lunch special offered great value with high-quality salmon. I felt a bit indecisive about my order, but the staff was very patient with me. It’s always a pleasure to be here.

My husband and I came here with a friend and shared: Firecracker Roll Spicy Tuna Twist Roll Cherry Blossom Roll NIU Roll Volcano Roll Crab Wontons I was impressed by the rolls. I listed them above in my order of preference. The only one I didn't enjoy was the Volcano Roll. All of them (except the Volcano Roll) were pretty big too. They have small tables outside that are big enough for two people. We pulled a couple together. I hadn't heard too much about this spot as far as sushi goes, but I'm glad we stopped by.
