"I do NOT recommend. Ordered delivery off their menu, from their website. Food is delivered. Half of my pancakes were missing. Like chunks out the pancakes missing. Called the restaurant, got no help. Brought the food back to the restaurant to show them how my food was delivered. They refused to help me, stating I need to contact an entirely different company that I never contacted in the first place if I want a refund. Owner/manager (whoever the guy was) yelled at me, cursed at me, gaslighted me saying everyone else in the restaurant was having a great experience, took the food (aggressively and extra dramatically), dumped it out of the containers and back into the bag it was delivered in, and threatened to call the cops on me. Simply because I asked for the order to be fixed or get a refund. I just wanted some pancakes and for my order to be fixed. I shouldn’t have to call a completely different company to correct my order when I ordered directly off the Eggstacy website and am standing directly in front of you asking for the order to be fixed. I ended up just leaving my food there because the guy just would not stop yelling at me. My food did not get replaced, and I did not get a refund. I will never give them my business again. Ever. I will never recommend them to anyone. Horrible, terrible, awful experience. May God help them with self reflection to improve their ways."

"As an Italian, I can confidently say that nothing about this place felt authentically Italian to me, aside from a slideshow on the television and the appealing decor. A true Italian restaurant welcomes guests with warmth and hospitality. Initially, the busboy informed me that he needed to check with his manager about seating me. After some time, she approached me and seated me, and the busboy promptly ensured I had water. However, things went downhill very quickly from there. The service was atrocious, with the staff being either curt or outright rude. The only exception was the busboy in the mask, who was genuinely sweet and considerate. I have allergies to alcohol and vinegar, and when I asked several questions, the manager, who was also my waitress, confidently assured me that the artichokes were fresh and grilled. She insisted that I had nothing to worry about regarding my allergies. Sadly, this turned out to be a complete lie. The artichokes were definitely not fresh; they tasted canned or jarred, and the claim that they were grilled was simply untrue. The moment I took a bite, I could tell there was vinegar in it, causing an itchy and burning sensation on the roof of my mouth. When I got up to find the waitress and express my concerns, I was met with defensiveness. The worst part was when she admitted she couldn’t comment on the artichokes because she didn’t eat them herself, and she couldn’t get clear answers from the cooks, only that they were imported. I felt extremely uncomfortable with her dismissive attitude and lack of knowledge. Ultimately, she offered to remove the dish from my bill but insisted that these were special imported artichokes. To me, this felt like being gaslit. I continued to stress the seriousness of my allergies after just one bite of the dish. I asked her why she would serve me an artichoke if she wasn’t sure about its marinade and why my questions weren’t being answered by the kitchen staff. I was left feeling frustrated and more than tempted to leave, but out of respect for my main dish order, I decided to stay, expecting my meal to arrive soon. I ordered chicken piccata and specifically requested that no wine be used due to my severe alcohol allergy. The waitress informed me that the cook wanted me to know it wouldn’t taste the same, which was fine with me. I saw other patrons who came in after me receiving their steaks and pastas, while I sat waiting for nearly an hour. Eventually, I asked a male waiter for an update on my dish, only to be told that it needed to cook. As if I didn’t already know that. When my chicken piccata finally arrived, I was starving. I wanted to scream! I had mentioned my hunger when I arrived, yet it seemed like they either didn’t serve bread or didn’t care to offer any. I had to get up to ask for Parmesan cheese since no one bothered to offer it to me like they did for the other tables. No one ever checked on how my meal was going; I had to approach the counter to pay. As I looked around, I couldn’t believe how generously everyone else was treated, while I felt completely ignored. As I write this review, I’m dealing with a painful stomach ache, rehashing the experience in my mind. I can't understand why I wasn't asked if I needed an appetizer or dessert, or if my allergies were worsening. Nothing! To add insult to injury, my waitress apologized for the long wait after bringing my chicken, claiming it was due to accommodating a larger party. I honestly can’t believe I left a tip. I’ve never been so relieved to leave a restaurant. I will never return to this place, and I recommend that you don’t either. UPDATE THE NEXT DAY: I confirmed there was indeed alcohol and/or vinegar in my food. An hour after writing my review, I was doubled over the toilet all night. This quickly escalated into dehydration and a severe migraine. My throat and nose started closing up, and I nearly had to use my EpiPen. With allergies, reactions can be immediate or delayed, and mine come on slowly but then escalate quickly. I am absolutely miserable today and had to call off work. I am changing my rating from two stars to one star."

"Even though the place was relatively busy, my party of 3 got sat right away. The server quickly introduced themselves and took our drink orders. One latte was ordered and it was smooth and delicious, but we had to ask for the foam on top cause it originally didn't come with it. For food, we ordered the Denver omelet, incredible omelet, and a side of buttermilk pancakes. The Denver omelet was good but the veggies were a little too crunchy; I wish it was a little more cooked for the omelet. The incredible omelet was cooked perfectly and the veggies were cooked just as the Denver omelet, with a slight crunch. The ham in both omelets though was high quality and absolutely delicious! Definitely incorporate the ham into your brunch if you can. The pancakes were fluffy with a slight crisp around the edges. I do wish the place carried pure maple syrup rather than pancake syrup made with high-fructose corn syrup. The restaurant did carry honey though so we ate the pancakes with that. Even thought the food was good, halfway into the experience the server started to neglect the table and forgot about us. It became so difficult to ask for simple things like honey, straws, and refills on water because there was no one around besides the hostess. In the end, we had to have someone get our waitress so we could pay for the food and leave. Besides the server debacle, the breakfast place was alright, so I would recommend it if you live close by."

"My co-worker and I arrived for a meal on a Saturday evening.I went to use the restroom and discovered that it was dirty and in need of cleaning. There were also some used paper towels on the floor next to the trash can.I returned to the dining area and saw my co-worker seated at a table across the way. As I made my way to the table, I was impressed by the floor plan, particularly the open view to the kitchen. I also noted that several tables had been cleared but that crumbs were left on the table. I was surprised to see an ink refill for a pen laying on the floor next to the piano. The piano was covered in dust.It appeared that there were around five or six employees on duty and there were only a handful of tables in use; the restaurant was not very busy. Our server arrived and my co-worker asked him about the piano. The server responded with a comment regarding male genitalia, as a poor and tasteless attempt to infuse humor into his answer. My co-worker and I were aghast at the answer. Apparently, the server thought that we didn’t hear him after our stunned silence, so he repeated himself. My co-worker advised him that his joke was understood. If I was there by myself or with my wife, I would have gotten up immediately and left the establishment. My co-worker ordered the prosciutto bites. They were amazing and a definite must have if you order anything…! The pizza was served hot and was very delicious…! I loved the pizza was thin crust and appeared to be hand-tossed. The presentation of the pizza was excellent.Upon completing our meal, we waited for some time to get the check delivered to us. We continued to wait for the server to return to process the payment. Eventually I had to go looking for the server and tell him that we were ready to pay.I used the restroom again only to discover that it was in a slightly deteriorated state and it had not been cleaned despite having more than enough hands on deck that night. The discarded paper towels were still on the floor next to the trash can.The only reason I am giving two stars is for the food, which was amazing…!The cleanliness was poor and the service actually provided a negative rating…"
