"I may not be the first to say it, but I wholeheartedly agree with everyone who claims that J's is the best. Their burgers are incredible and very reasonably priced. The fries are delightfully crispy, packed with potato flavor, and perfectly seasoned. The BBQ is outstanding, especially the wings. My only complaint would be the Patty Melt, which isn't traditional, but honestly, it's still one of my favorite items on the menu."

I'm not sure who's deciding that this place has the "best food in Carter County," but I ordered a cheeseburger and it was terrible—I took one bite and threw it away. The hot dogs are decent, though.

The Qchos are the best thing I've eaten in a while. The homemade chips made it a plus. Great hamburgers as well, a perfect size burger, not to big or small. I would recommend this for anyone in the tri-city area that haven't been there, to definitely make it choice for a great meal. Came back for our 4th time. Everything still good. Always good food and great service
