"We stopped by Robinson’s Seafood on our way out of Cedar Key and found it to be a cozy, local spot with generous portions, delicious food, and friendly service. The gumbo was hearty and flavorful. For our appetizer, we tried the crab fritters, which were excellent—smooth in texture and not at all chewy. Their cocktail sauce struck a perfect balance between horseradish and ketchup. Both of us ordered the Seafood Hoagie, opting for the fried version, which was lightly battered and not greasy. It was packed with oysters, grouper, and shrimp, and the coleslaw was outstanding—just the right mix of creaminess and tang. The hush puppies and fries were standard fare. However, if you're looking for a beer to accompany their wonderful, reasonably priced food, you'll have to stick with a soft drink."
