Excellent all you can eat daily seafood specials for a great price $18.95, very hot and fresh. Owner/waitress was excellent too, very friendly and attentive. Check them out.

Support local and indulge yourself! We have loved the crab cakes, fish, blue crab fingers, and shrimp. Make sure to save some space for dessert! This is definitely one of our favorite spots for seafood!

Place is small but nice and clean. Service was also very good. Menu is not really big but there is a nice variety and the prices were much better then in the downtown area of Cedar Key. Portions were good size as well. View menu

The grouper special. The fish was decent but more batter than fish. The hushpuppies were hard as a rock and the desert of strawberry cake and lemon were absolutely gross.The cake itself had the texture of a hard sponge.Not impressed at all.Would not recommend this restaurant.

My wife and I have heard great things about Robinson... and they were spot on! The food was great, especially the fresh made grouper chowder. Our servers were terrific!!! We even had a nice chat with them and some locals who were there, making us feel like we were visiting with friends. If you're in Cedar Key and love seafood, then Robinson Seafood is your place. ?

We are no strangers to the restaurants in Cedar Key down by the water. They are all nice.Last night we wanted off the beaten path. Robinson was suggested by the campground host. The food was great. I am really complementing the young waiter Chris. On the ball with honest concern for our meal to be right. You will look long and far to find a nicer young man. We eat at Robinson's often. Tonight they were extremely off. Chowder was cold, they brought another bowl and we ate it but it was just warm not hot. Our hush puppies were cool and our waitressbrought our food and never came back to our table. My husband loves this place because of how hot the food is and how great it is. That wasn't the case tonight. I ordered peel and eat shrimp cold and they came out hot! Lol It just wasn't our night tonight. We don't like cold hush puppies and cold chowder. Maybe they have new cooks I don't know. It just wasn't good tonight.

A great little place to enjoy fresh seafood on your way to or from Cedar Key. The restaurant is very nice and clean. The service was great. The food was quite affordable and very fresh. We ordered two seafood buffets which included unlimited fried sea bass, fried shrimp and crab cake, with a choice of two soups (chowder or lima bean) and hush puppies. We loved the environment and the fact that the food was super fresh. After our meal, we had the opportunity to buy fresh seafood to take home from their shop. We will definitely return when we pass through that area.

We stopped by Robinson’s Seafood on our way out of Cedar Key and found it to be a cozy, local spot with generous portions, delicious food, and friendly service. The gumbo was hearty and flavorful. For our appetizer, we tried the crab fritters, which were excellent—smooth in texture and not at all chewy. Their cocktail sauce struck a perfect balance between horseradish and ketchup. Both of us ordered the Seafood Hoagie, opting for the fried version, which was lightly battered and not greasy.
