"The elevated egg sandwich sounded delightful in the description but when it arrived, it was equally over cooked and cold. The avocado on the sandwich, although fresh, felt as if it had just been taken out of the freezer, leaving an ice cold sensation with every bite. To add to this experience, I thought my egg had come without a yolk, but to my surprise, the yolk had been completely cooked through and stuffed to one end of the sandwich. I had to take out the entire yolk as I could not stomach the idea of eating a jelly, sponge-like substance that should have been a runny, gooey yolk. Our server was nice and my mother did enjoy her trifecta plate, as it is hard to mess up scrambled eggs and waffles. I do not foresee myself returning but if I do, I will stick to the traditional breakfast items."
