"During my last visit a few weeks ago, I decided to give them one more chance. My daughter and I ordered and ate our subs there, without any wrapping to mess up the sub. It took 30 minutes to receive our subs, and both buns looked like they had been flattened and could not even cover the chicken, which was dry and crunchy. The bacon was rubbery and pushed to one side of the sub, the cheese was almost non-existent, and the BBQ sauce was only spread on the roll under the chicken, not evenly over it. It was a sad experience. It seems like the staff is only there for a paycheck, without taking pride in the product. I am willing to give the Acton location another chance, as I recall the owners used to spend time there. However, if they have sold the business, they should remove their name from the building. I used to highly recommend this place, but not anymore."
