I'm not certain if they make their sushi rolls ahead of time, but that's the impression it left. The rice was overly chewy, the avocado had turned brown, and the tempura shrimp in the crunchy shrimp roll was cold on the inside. We ordered delivery, but I noticed the delivery driver left the restaurant, and we were only three blocks away. It took about five minutes from pick-up until our food arrived, which raises doubts about its freshness."
